 Still half-asleep from her sudden nap, Tellah staggered in a river-ly direction. She crouched down to splash some water into her face then had a look around.(Move two spaces to E5)

Griffingoalie's paranoia leads him to continually look back as he's heading forward... and sure enough, another head and set of wings greets his eyes one of the times.
He stops, it stops.
He goes backward, it goes backward.
What to do?
