Mareike frowned, she was trying to have fun with Ebony but the girl didn't seem to be taking as well to the game as she'd thought. " after this level we could quit and play para para paradise, it's like dance dance revolution only you have to move your arms and stuff " Personally Mareike always felt she looked silly playing it but the younger girl might enjoy it and it wouldn't hurt Mareike to lighten up a bit.

Mareike ignored Ebby's mispronunciation of the game's name, it was kind of cute in a way, The maroon skinned girl just lead her towards where the single station was set up. Only one of them could play at a time but it was probably for the best. You couldn't really set up more than one para para next to each other without risking injury via flailing limb by someone dancing their heart out.

Once they reached the game Mareike looked over at the smaller purple kid. " Basically it's like ddr only that" She pointed to the black circle above " has sensors on it and you have to move your arms in the directions they ask in order for the sensors to pick them up. You still need to move your feet too but it's more about the arms." Mareike wondered if The girl would have had an easier time if she were one of the lust children with tentacles.

Mareike had few other doubts that Ebony would do well, it was a physically taxing game but the girl seemed to have a lot of energy and no fear of looking silly.


" Do you want to go first?" She offered?" Oh and keep your wings tucked to your body or they'll set off the sensors and you'll lose points.

Mareike nodded and leaned over to select the easiest level but an energetic song nonetheless remembering Ebony's preferences from before. As the screen flashed to play mode she pulled herself out of the way and stood back where she could watch. " Good luck"

Mareike was damned near laughing by the time Ebony was finished dancing. The enthusiasm with which the purple skinned lust child had moved combined with her innocence on just how ridiculous the moves were proved to be a very humorous combination. Still Mareike had to admit she'd done very well.

" Good job" she admitted before stepping into the playing field herself.
Picking out a different song but at the same difficulty level she began to play. Although she had warned ebby about the placement of her wings Mareike had learned that by spreadign them carefully at the right time she could use the tips to trigger the sensors and score points rather than use her hands int hose positions. However doing that repeatedly made her back ache and her body could only extend or close the appendages so fast.

Mareike swept an arm in front of her face then jerked it abruptly left and than further back. " I'm ok" Flicking a wing out again she felt a twinge in her back and hissed in pain. She was capable of taking pain especially in fight or when lifting heavy things but this was a sort of unknown pain. unable to fly in the winter her back muscles were under used aside from those closes to the shoulder that were affected by her tennis swing.

Frowning she stepped off the machine and bit her lower lip. " I think I need to go home." This pain was awkward and uncomfortable and it was only serving to make her irritated rather quickly even if it was her own fault.

Mareike nodded and reached out to ruffle Ebony's hair " I'll see you around" she murmured before shuffling off. She was gonna need one of those heat packs and to lay on her stomach for a while.
