(Spoiler in white for chapter 84 - most recent chapter...though I bet everybody here will have read that by now)
In this chapter we hear Mikami's history to-date. Now what I have to say is...he looks like the kiddie mikami from the 'Death Note' pilot. I think his name was Taro... Also, Teru's childhood had five bullies dying suddenly... It sounds like there was some influence from the pilot.
