Nexus -
Röyksopp - What Else Is There?As a watched this video over and over it became kind of creepy how much this song fits a character called Nexus I create awhile ago, even to the point that the main focus of the video look exactly, and I mean exactly, like Nexus.
Nexus is one of the members of the Sentinels, the group that Helix is the leader of. Technically she is the most powerful of them all because she is, well....reality itself.
She is the way point through which all comes to be and ends, the living avatar of everything in existence. She cannot die until entropy destroys every last spec of matter and energy in the multiverse. Which, strange as it is, is how she came to exist in the first place. Her creation exists both before and after her present because technically she has been here forever and always has and always will. Sort of coming to exist out of the rules of reality and time at her conception.
And the craziest part of it all, she was a mortal being once (well, somewhat, humans are much different beings in the end of all things and places and were actually very powerful beings in their own right as well as being some of the last living things in the strange place tha the multiverse became leading up to entropy), during those last days of the universe (technically in the future from now). Things get tricky to explain from there but basically as the last nano-second of all existence happened she did something that made her what she is and sort of did a weird rubber band snap on the entire multiverse from her perspective. She witnessed the end of the multiverse and then it's entire existence in reverse all the way to it's birth in a split second.
She is in many definitions, a true god. However, she hints that she is not 'the god' and 'the god' had something to do with her being where she is and was someone she knew before she 'ascended'.
But anyway, see it you see what I see.
