Adriel nodded his head, though he had met Almas before he couldn't say that he would feel...'safe'. Sure the guy was nice enough but there must of been a reason why he had fallen.... He didn't blame her about the technicians...now that he was older he didn't fear them..but he certainly felt uncomfortable around them.
He shifted on the spot finding this little girl rather intriguing. Though in his own mind he found it strange to want to go back to visit a place he would rather have nothing to do with.
"Well as long as you arn't going alone...that is very nice of your mother to bring you so often." He replied.

"Yeah. Mommy's usually not social and doesn't like going out much but she takes me places. Lu says it's cause I'm spoiled. Bailey says it's cause Mommy is a bit more maternal than she lets on. And Sinny says omnomnomfingers but I don't think that has anything to do with anything." Ebby said, scratching the side of her head.
"What's your family like? The one you live with."

Adriel thought it was still nice of her mother to take her to the facility so often though when the question turned to him and his family...he paused a moment. Shifting on the spot he gave a small wry smile.
"Oh...I just live my my mother...she tends to be very busy with work so I am on my own a lot." He murmured in response. He recalled how she took off a lot of time when he was younger and now was being forced to make up for lost time.
He wondered breifly what it would be like having a sibling...but then again he was often glad to be alone...

"Oh. Sounds pretty nice." she responded, a somewhat inquisitive look upon her features, "What does your Mama do? And what's she like when she's not busy or tired?"

He gave a shrug at her comment, being alone was quite boring. And he wasn't a bit fan of television...mostly due to the fact anything romotely sexual or romantic pops on and his tentacles acted up.
"My mom is a graphic artist...er..designer she calls herself. She is pretty quiet and a bit overprotective..she tends to nag a lot about my tentacles behaving...but.." Rolling his shoulders he dismissed the thought.
"How about your mother? What does she do? DO you have any other siblings?"

Ebony grinned. "Oh Mommy's sorta cold seeming but she's really nice. I don't really know what she does. Lu jokes that she's a professional alcoholic but that doesn't make much sense. The only time I asked her about her job, she said she didn't have one anymore and just owned a whole hell of a lot of things to make money." the small one explained.
"I do have siblings. Three brothers. There's Bailey whose tall and really really nice, Kahlua whose smaller and sorta bratty, and Absinthe, whose a baby. Mommy finds it funny naming her kids after drinks, especially cause some of them work as real names. Like Ebony Morgan, most people don't know what that's a reference to and just think it's cute. That's one of the fun things about my house."

Adriel looked a bit...uncomfortable. Naming children after alchohal? That..sounded more like a heavy drinking problem then a fun game. Still he smiled and tried not to think about it too much. As long as the girl was taken care of properly that was all that mattered.
"You name is very cute." He complimented her, though he was now fidgeting a bit in his chair. She had a lot of siblings...he wondered why his mother only had him. maybe he was to much to handle...

"Thanks." the other replied happily, leaning over to snug Adriel a bit. He seemed in need of another hug. Poor boy.
