hcswimer Maybe we could have a welcomeing commeti , were at least 5 people could have the job or welcomeing and making sure all is well with our new mebers? Not to fond of that, if somebody wants to do that they can do it by choice. And to make sure all is well is kind of the mods job isn't it?

I think that maybe having a banner that all the guild has on their sig would help.Myabe u already do that who knows but i think that is a good idea if someone already did it.

you could recruit ppl here and send them into the chatterbox and other guilds they're in and see if anyone would be suitable, then post their usernames here or something......

Egyptian Goddess9 you could recruit ppl here and send them into the chatterbox and other guilds they're in and see if anyone would be suitable, then post their usernames here or something...... Why recruit, anybody is welcome to do this, that is what the invites sticky is for.
