"Ugh, I swear this is like one mess after another. There isn't any long term peace in this stupid country. Time and time again, I have to keep coming to help bail their asses out of a friggin' mess." She said to herself, thinking aloud. She was walking right into the thick of the mess, where she could already feel the presence of a few hollow, likely to be arrancar, and a few shinigami.
"I'll leave them to their own devices. I don't feel like getting into it just yet. I need to check to see if she's ok at least." She said, being concerned slightly for the one good thing in her life. She may not have wanted to get involved in her lover's affairs, but if she had to, she would be more than happy to solve it for her.
She made sure she was out in the open, as if she was trying to taunt the arrancar to come at her. Anything to impede on her arrival to Sereitei. She dreaded that place now, and even though she was still outlawed there, she knew that they have come many times to her 'brethren' asking for help. She sighed as continue walking towards the gate.

Mari wasn't going to stay long, this time. Normally she made trips to Earth for fun, but this time she meant business.
Exiting from her own garganta after she had been unable to find Rose in Hueco Mundo, Mari didn't really care if Rose ever decided to actually get to the main gate and help fight. She had a mission and orders...as well as some very, very unfinished business. Though she had all the time in the world to complete this business, no better time than the present.
Not like she didn't recognize the b***h heading toward the gate, either. Aizen did obviously have data on the vizards...but not much more than who they were, sadly. Mari simply passed the vizard, having only words of contempt for her. "Out of my way, vizard," was all that she actually said, even though Mari could have gone on a long tirade about the vizards. No time now, though. Time to go settle things for once and for all, she thought, stepping through the gate.
(( Exit to 12th...and Mari doesn't really care if she makes a powerful enemy right now. ))

"Heh heh heh heh heh . ." the sound of a dark laughter came from close to Feiy.
The shadow that she was stading over stretched out, making itself longer, as if the sun were revolving around her, making it reach out. But instead, the Espada, Maniak began to rise from it instead. He slowly floated up from the ground, until the full focus of him came in. Now, he stood a little over twenty feet away from her, letting the shadow retract back to her, leaving him standing behind her a ways.
"You seem interested in the Dagai, my intreaguing vizard aquaintance." he said. "Tell me, what exactly are your intentions in the matter?"

Jan walked out from some bushes and began walking towards Feiy. He had already left his Gigai and was in the normal spiritual form, ready for real combat. "So, it looks like they want to try again, but without the theatrics this time. If there's someone worth fighting, then I might join in..."
Chuckling to himself, it was clear that were still lingering traces of his bloodlust, due to having have learned of Kazi's unrelated death during the last war. With the only person he saw as stronger than him gone, Jan figured he might as well see if there were any others that could try and match him.
Seeing some random Arrancar appear nearby and address Fey, Jan lazily waved his hand towards the Gate. "I don't think we need to fight this one, Feiy... Anyone worth leading this 'invasion' has to have gone into the Sereitei already." Scoffing while the Arrancar seemed to be taunting, or at least trying to look impressive, Jan began strolling to the gate once again.
Of course, Jan had other reasons fro wanting to get to the Soul Society. Chances are that they'll link it to Squad 12... And I still owe good old Maxi a favor! Grinning to himself, he turned away from the Arrancar, daring it to make any sudden moves.

"Ah, Jan. Its been a while, my favorite teach.
She said, greeting him properly. She continued walking to the arrancar, flipping her dagger in hand. She wasn't going to address the arrancar completely, but she was going to confront for just a second, heeding to Jan's words.
"If its not worth the time, then so be it, Jan. She skipped towards the arrancar, going into a dash ahead of Jan. She leaped over it gracefully, moving towards the gate, she flipped off the arrancar in a rather unfeminine manner.
"See ya on the other side, Jan. Don't keep me waiting." She ran into the gate.
(I got other matters to attend to.)

Maniak could not help but feeling like going after the vizard, but it was a useless thing for him to do. They weren't the target of this attack and it would be unwise to take attention and direct it otherwise during these proceedings.
"You misunderstand, there is no one leading this attack." his mask warped his face into a frown as he walked forwards.
"If anyone could 'take credit' for somthing like that, I would have to tell you it would be Cero espada. But technically, he isn't even here."
Maniak stopped, very near to Jan, and lowered his voice to a growl that only the two of the would be able to decipher.
"I would emplore your kind to stay out of the Sereitei, unless you wish to deal with the shinigami laws and regulations after being trapped inside. And if I'm not correct, isn't it your very existance that got you ejected from soul society in the first place?"
Maniak was sorely tempted to make a move against the vizard leader, and but the thought of Cero, and his existance inside of the late-Riki. It would be a shame if the Hollow inside of this vizard was lost to the world. With that, Maniak turned and looked at him.
"Please, state your intentions. I do not wish to make you my enemy, but there are obviously two sides that are destinct in definition. If your choice effects that balance, my response will not be that of an indifference like your actions would."

Jan chuckled to himself as the Arrancar spoke. "So... You want to talk? First time I ever heard of an Arrancar doing that." Jan paced a little further away from the Arrancar, towards the gate. "However, you seem to have a few... Misconceptions.
"First off, whether this 'Cero' is here or not is of little consequence. I'm simply looking for whatever strong Espada are making a mess so I can have a decent meal.
"Second, while we were exiled for our existence, the fact that Feiy and I trained with most of the Captains means that there's a good chance they wouldn't mind us going on through. As a matter of fact, my main reason for participating in your scuffle is to repay a favor I owe to a friend.
"And lastly, the reason for my indifference is simple. One as experienced as I doesn't have any problems gauging an enemy, and for all your shadow-theatrics, you're nothing but a light snack to me. Maybe like what the humans here call 'junk food.'" Pausing and thinking for a moment, Jan recalled the exact item he had been trying to make the comparison to.
"They call it 'popcorn' here because of how it acts under intense heat and radiation. If you don't wish to end up the same way, I suggest you back down and allow me to go on."

Quickly she appeared with the static sound of a Sunodo. She was nealing and breathing heavily. Her hair had turned completely black as did her eyes. Because of that wretched void between Soul Society and Earth warped her physical appearance slightly. She was still wearing her old uniform but now a more feminine appearance was in order. Looking down to the ground she noticed that she was nealing next to a puddle of water, looking to her reflection in the dull light she knew well enough that those fights with the Shinigami still in the Void cut at her with their pathetic weapons. She lost a good length of hair and those bastards got her ponytails. All she had left was her bangs… at least she had her bangs… Shaking her head she looked back up to Jan that still stood a good distance away. She stood still holding her Japanese Naginata, she held a frown not knowing who this man was but he was making sure he was known. Thrusting her weapon at him only to indicate that she was talking to him she shouted out to him, ”I don’t know who you are stranger… But this gate wont be around much longer…”
Looking off in the distance as if she where looking at something she flicked her weapon in front of her and a Garganta tore open. Looking back to Maniak she smiled sweetly to him, "A few individuals have already slipped through, the plan might be altered in a bit. I'm going to retrieve Cero and come back with further istructions." Looking back to Jan she chuckled before looking back to Maniak, "Just don't get yourself killed before I return." Quickly she shot a glare at Jan and quickly stepped in as it snapped shut behind her… ((OOC: Exits to Las Noches.))

Abruptly the gate shuttered as if there was an explosion from within. The gate faltered for a moment and then with only a blink of an eye it was gone. The plan had gone successfully, though there were Arrancar still trapped within Soul Society but Aizen’s plan had gone successfully. Earth was his now, and on top of that, Jan and Fiey had been separated; now Earth was defenseless. Just how he had planned…
Who would have known that the captain of 12th Squad would blow up his own gate? Again Soul Society had proven to be lacking in any real discipline. Aizen was now going to send out one of his strongest Espada to deal with the remaining forces that would threaten his existence, that is, if they didn’t ally themselves with Las Noches. What would Jan do? ((OOC: Badguys rule. heart ))

As for Cero and Aizen, their plans were their own. Their intentions were not for the benefit of Maniak, and apperantly not with the other arrancars in mind either.
"So, they just leave.." Maniak's face frowned more, "You see, there is no leader of this operation. The one left behind is the least important, you say? Hah, I am the only one who's going to be able to get my fraccion, as well as the others out."
Maniak didn't like this Jan person much, he seemed like one of the kind that would exterminate an arrancar just for the annoyance of their presence. There were many of those kind, and god did Maniak hate them. Just that second, Maniak was engulfed in shadow, like a sand coming up to cover him. In seconds, a transparent shadow-form of Maniak was standing there, with his bony hand resting on his zanpakuto.
his voice echoed around Jan-san :
" I have my own buisness to attend to, I am sorry but I must diconstinue this conversation now . "

"Tch!" Jan audibly let his annoyance at the new development show. He had been looking forward to tearing things up with Feiy, but it would seem that he had to wait a bit longer. "Go do what you want. It looks like I'm stuck here anyway." Sitting on the ground like a grumpy old man (which, in a sense, he was), Jan simply waited for something to happen.
((If any remaining Arrancar need a fight, I guess I'm available now. But don't expect any mercy now...))

Jan had not been sitting long when he saw a greenish gate appearing in front of him. That light... Hah! Maxi came through, just as I had hoped! Having a dimensional ability like that sure is good to have on one's side! As the light grew brighter and became the white gate, Jan stood up. The second it opened, Jan used Shunpo to get in so it could be closed and seal off the remaining Arrancar.
