Riley frowned. "It's not that easy Kara. You can turn into a fish, and I have fox ears and a tail, and everyone else here has some sort of animal DNA in them. Do you really think people will accpept us? We need to get everyone a stablizing booster so that we can hide our animal DNA."

Riley stared at Kara with a strange expression on her face. "It's to make sure the animal DNA doesn't take over our human DNA." She glanced up at one of the lab doors. "plus, they only make them for the check-up dates and each has a specific formula for the DNA. And we're going to have a helluva time explaining to the police where we were."

Appearence: (Irro) She was born with soft golden hair and bright gray eyes and pale skin. After she was captured her blonde hair turned clear and frizzy white. Her eyes became a bloody red. Her eyes used to shine, but now are dull and full of hatred. She doesn't dress any specific way, just whatever feels comfortable.
(Jennifer Matthews) Jet black, straight hair and cold, calculating blue eyes. She always wears black jeans, a blood-red shirt and a white lab coat.
Bio: (Irro) A happy-go-lucky child, she was clever and forgiving. Until that day when they captured her. She was considered pretty and popular before that incident. After the physical changes had taken place, the scientists were satisfied and took her captive. She is now in there custody.
(Jennifer Matthews) When she was a child, she was always considered awkward and unpopular. She was shunned during her teenage years and decided to take revenge by hurting teenagers. She met Dr. Marcus a few years after college and took interest in Dr. Marcus's project. She went with Dr. Marcus to Oregon and lived there observing the children and possible "patients" for a few years. After the facility was built, Matthews decided to help the project. She has been there ever since. She occasionally goes into town to watch the teenagers. She felt vindictive pleasure when she captured Irro because Irro reminded her of all the popular girls who had shunned her in high school.

Kara heard Dr. Jen enter. She grabbed Riley's hand and pulled her away from view. "This isn't good!" Kara pulled her head out slightly to see who was there. She saw another crazy doctor and another teenager being forcibly brought in. "Oh, not gonna happen. Is she changed yet? Or can we save her from becoming like us?" she asked Riley quickly.

Kara waited until Riley dragged Jen off. She turned and started to walk to Liz's main lab. She pulled open the door and stepped inside.

Liz finally stood up. She checked her pockets. "My keys! That little brat!!" She stumbled over to the door. Kara had locked it behind her. "Little brat! Too smart for your own good! I'm going to have fun taking you apart!" Liz started pounding in the door.

Kara walked into the lab. She saw a boy clutching his arm. "Hey are you ok?" The boy looked up at her. "Please don't hurt me! No more needles! Please?!" Kara held up her hands. "Shhhhh! If they hear you, I'll get caught again! My name's Kara. I'm not supposed to be here. You aren't either. Are you ok?" The boy shook his head. "No. That crazy bird witch grabbed me and brought me here. She stabbed me with a needle before she locked me in here!" Kara raised her arms again. "Shhh! Stop screaming... What's your name?" The boy held his hand out to her. "Jake. What's going on?" Kara shook her head. "This is a lab where the scientists are turning people into animal-halflings." The boy's eyes widened. "What?! Are you a half animal?" He started to crawl back. Kara sighed. "Yes, but not by choice. Most of us aren't here by choice either. I'm a half fish." The boy calmed down. "The one bird... She put two needles in me. Am I going to be ok?" Kara shook her head. "I don't know. But we need to get out of here."

Riley heard Dr. Liz screech. "She's this way, follow me!" Riley took off again, weaving in and out of cages until she couldn't see Dr. Jen. She waited patiently for her to catch up.

Dr. Marcus emerged from her ofice after hearing Dr. Liz scream. She ran to where it orginated from, staring at Irro; Dr. Jen's newest victim. "Irro? What on earth are you doing?!" She rushed up, trying to open the cage. When she coudn't, she wgirled around, slapping Irro. "Why would you lock her up? We're only trying to stablize your DNA. Do you want to be a seal?!" She screamed. A little girl walked up behind them, rubbing her eye with her hand. Black wings protruded from her back. "Mama? What's goin on?" Dr. Marcus turned, sympathy filling her eyes. "Nothing hun, go back to bed."
