He finished off the rest of his apple before answering he question. "It's pretty good. I haven't had apples in a long time so it tastes amazing." he replied and took in her smile. He wanted to smile back but didn't as that was more than likely part of the list of niceness he was to be protecting her against. "How is yours?" he asked and shifted his wings on his back to be more comfortable.

Thundara looks to the apple. "Its ok. Better then Sugar Cubes." She smiles lightly as she looks back at him. "But this is better then the apple tree were I came from. " She turns and takes another bite of the apple. She flickered her ears again as she kept her eyes out. She was always on guard, even with someone there. She wanted to make sure that the day the cute things attacked she was ready.

Dustin shook his head. "That's true though I have only had sugar cubes once. Never really liked them that much so I don't take them when they are offered anymore." he replied and watched as she flicked her ears about. He knew that she was still being on her guard even though he was there. "You really do not have to worry. I won't let the c-words near you." he commented as he got back up to go get more apples.

Thundara looks at him. "Yes but one day they will all attack, and i want to be ready. Do you know how many C-word things are out there?" She looked around again and with a sound in the bushes again she was instantly on her feel. Her ears laid agents her head as a snake slithered from the bush to the river. She let the breath she was holding out in a sight of relief. "I uhh... I'm fine." Her skin under her fur turned red around her cheeks.

Dustin watched the whole incident with his head tilted to the side. She looked rather cute standing there blushing. He decided to just shrug and continue on his way to the apple tree. "I know how many of them there are out there but do you also know that there is enough out there that is opposite of them that counter acts all their c-wordiness?" he replied not sure if he knew what he was actually trying to say. There was enough evil and darkness in the world to balance out all the good and light.

Thundara looks at him almost giggles from his fumbling explanation "I heard of a place in a forest. The place houses evil Soquili." She takes another bite. "I was thinking of heading there. A Soquili I ran into as a foal told me about it. There are no cute things there." She swallowed still looking at him. "Have you ever seen the place?" She asks She figured any place with out cute things cant be to bad of a place to live.

He shook his head. "I have never heard of this place where evil Soquili gather. I always thought they were all loners. I know that Skinwalkers are loners and some Kalona will settle down for a period of time." he said somewhat knowing where this conversation was going to go. He wasn't too into going and looking for trouble but if she wanted to go there he would go and would more than likely end up protecting her from the evil Soquili she thought were so much better than cute things.

Thundara sighs lightly. She flickers her ears. "I don't know. I just don't like being around the c-words,... But I have heard of what the evil soquili can do." She looks down to her apple core for a moment. She flickers her ears and looks back at him. "So How long before you are going to go back home?" She was trying to change the subject. anything to keep her mind going. It was less time she had to thing about the things that bothered her.

He picked up two more apples and walked back over to where she was and laid back down. He flicked his own ears and took a bite from one of the apples. "I don't know when I will be heading back to the teepee. I have been wondering for a while now with no set plan or purpose. Probably when you don't need me anymore is when I will go back." he said simply and took another bite.

Thundara smiles to him with a nod. "I see. Well as long as you are here I am sure we can find a place for you." She takes a bit of the apple. She chews as she looks off across the river. She swallows before looking back. "I had planed on going to the large tree before night. If you want to join me?" She asked. "Its just across the river and a little ways off. Its a place i go to ever once and a while." She took another bite.

Dustin took another bite thoughtfully and looked off across the river with her. He really didn't have anywhere he needed to really be. "That is fine with me. I have never been over that way nor have I been to this large tree you speak of." he said and then finished off the rest of his apple.

Thundara smiles back at him. "Its a large tree. You cant miss it." She she headed though some trees she came across a large weeping-willow. The tree stood above the rest and its branches touched the ground. "This is is. I love sleeping under it. It makes me feel safer." She headed under it and held the branches back for him.

Dustin looked at the tree and thought for a moment. It looked like the willow he always would go to for some peace and quiet but he wasn't sure. He nodded to her as she held the branches back for him. "This looks very similar to the willow tree that I sometimes go to for some solitude." he told her as he laid down under the tree.

Thundara watches him as he passes. Once inside she moves and let the branches fall shut. She then nestles herself down in front of him. "That is kinda what i come here for too. I found this place a few years back while I was still a yearling. Its such a wonderful place isn't it?" She looks at him with a soft smile. She then looks around under the tree. The tree gave off just enough light that you could see around, but not to much that you felt you were still out in the open.

He looked around as well under the tree. It's branches were so long that he didn't think anyone would be able to see them under here. It was very much like the tree he had gone to so many times. "It is a very wonderful place and safe as well. No one can see you under here." he commented and shifted his wings on his back. "I wish I had some place like this to go to when I was younger. It would have been the perfect hiding place."
