Eros smiled. He liked it when his jokes were laughed at.

"Aww, come on, sis. You know you're just dying to laugh as much as he is. Admit it, my jokes are just. That. Great." Eros teased, nudging Eden. Joking around like this, it was hard to believe their parents had recently died, and their life was starting anew.

He frowned. "Let's go hunt." he said, his playful tone replaced with something between despair and anger. He wanted to hurt something to rid himself of the pain he felt. He ran ahead a few steps and looked back. "Coming?" he called, before he left them, running as fast as he had that same morning, when he first set paws on his new home.
