Xeviel made a facepalm. "You don't remember. You learn, and it stays with you and into your instincts when you're trapped in a corner. " He replied, before picking up an item off the floor and flinging it at Duncan. "and use anything you have, idiot!" He growled. Man, this boy was practically hopeless. Yeah, think, think think, when will it dawn on the kid that one cannot always think their way in violence? No, one must fight.

Duncan took a step to the side to move out of the way of what was thrown at him before he gave a growling sound, "Idiot...?" He snapped, "I was just asking if there was more you could tell me... some teacher you are." Duncan's wings started to twitch, eyes narrowing.
"You told me about not lunging so much, dodging and blocking, I wanted to know if there was more! I want this class to be over to I can get out of your presence." The man was a grouch and wanted to put space between himself and Xeviel.

"You don't understand. Someone like you may grow up just to pulverize. ******** dodging and blocking, just peat down. Others have no strength and rely on dodging to deal damage. Others rely on counters to finish the job quickly. Those like me , we don't think." Xeviel shrugged. "You don't learn how to fight by being told. You learn by having to fight. It's not something you can sit around and learn from a textbook."
He snarled back. "You're not going to learn much."
