Pokemon is better for my opinion this before Byakagan was released. when i grew up. also today i saw cosplayer of Rin, Luka, and Mika vocaloid.

their both good but pokemon has the same old stoyline and has gone on way longer than it should have =/ bakugan on the other hand changes the storyline and has new stuff all the time i mean sure pokemon has a bunch of new pokemon but it's not ALL THE TIME i mean the first 2 series had practicly all the same pokemon while with bakugan completely new bakugan except for drago and the original brawlers bakugan same with the third and fourth and Dan and Drago have new problems with Drago's power like in the latest episodes so thats why i like bakugan better than pokemon long post i know >:[

Pokemon. I grew up with it. I stopped watching the new episodes though.
When I watched Bakugan, I never wanted to see the rest of it.

I don't really like any of the two. But I watched the 2st two seasons of Bakugan and I liked it. But now I watch a little bit of Pokemon, it's great but I hate the character lay-out.

Generally, Pokemon's better in my opinion.
I watched a bit of Pokemon when I was little and it was okay, but I chose Digimon over it not before long (I was only allowed to watch one show). I've only watched the first episode of Bakugan, and it reminds me of shows like Medabots and the new Beyblade. I didn't like Bakugan that much, but Pokemon was big in my childhood so I can't really be unbiased.

In my opinion, I'd say Pokemon.
I still don't understand Bakugan...It reminds me of Yu-Gi-Oh to much :/ But I always loved Yu-Gi-Oh.

Gotta say Pokemon. First reason is, I grew up watching it and playing the games. Second reason is Bakugan is o'k but the storyline is a bit sketchy.
