-The cloud has to stay within a two mile radius of the user.
-Attacking the cloud will dispel the jutsu.
-And the person has to stay in place and keep their eyes closed while using the jutsu.

lets see...you have to single out a rank first....lets say A to S-Ranked.
Then an Element, lets say, Sound
Know that Sound uses instruments, find one that suits you like, for me it was the Guitar.
From there start creating, I have created over fifteen sound jutsu that are all above A Rank...I want to see if any of you guys can get something.

well not the method i would use, since the jutsu im looking for are non-element...but sound works as a medium.
#1: Sonic Bubble
By manipulating the sound coming from the flute. The user can form a spherical shield type bubble around themselves or a target. After a few moments the shield is a full strength and the only thing that can pass through it is sound. Therefore oxygen is scarce inside the bubble. The shield will hold for up to 3 seconds without a constant stream of noise from the flute. The shield will constantly weaken during this 3 second window, allowing attacks and air to pass through it, and be broken with ease as it weakens.

#2: Blade dance
Using the sound coming from the flute. The user creates several million micro small and thin razorblades. Theses blades appear as flickers to the human eye. They dance around the user, flying in harmony with the music. The blades do not act as a defense in any way, and do not hone in on targets of any kind. The blades dance wildly in the air all around the user, and the only guarantee is that if the user remains perfectly still they will never be struck by a blade. There is pattern to the blades that can be tracked by intelligent people. The blades are divided into two groups as they dance, Heavy and light. High notes cause the heavy blades to rise and the light blades to lower, and vice versa. There is a .8 sec gap between the groups as they change places, but few will ever make use of this, let alone notice it.

I have been creating a technique that was during the time when I had Mikyo. Its netural and anyone could learn it. I call it the Hidden Shadow Technique. Basically, everything has a shadow: attacks, summons, s**t like that. So, in that theory, why not hide within the shadow of it, almost like double move, but not really.
It first came to me when I was using metal, but worked better when I created a guy that his summon was a giant demonic owl, that, with certain jutsus, could dispers into many smaller owls, and in which, could hide and jump in and out of shadows. Almost like Haku's Mirrior Technique when I think about it.

i was going to have the Nara clan have ability's like that, and might have given an ability like that to the Dark Hearts clan.
But i would prob accept it as a made up jutsu, either way its not something im looking to have one village or several villages have.....
BUT a genjutsu were you "look" like you melt into a shadow is a good idea i think......or you only melt into our own, making both you and the shadow vanish, but you have to stay near walls to use it. Like the guy in Ninja Assassain
