I want to get Dynasty Warriors 4: Empires, yet another expansion for DW4. In Japan they have Samurai Warriors: Xtreme Legends already, which adds Tadakatsu Honda, two japanese lords I could care less about, and Honda's daughter, Inahime.

since were on the game subject, id just like to mention this because its interesting. well anyway I've been able to cut a dudes head off with a shuriken in Tenchu 2 like three times, the first was on acciendet, though it was pretty amazing, but i dont think it could really happen physics wise.

this may be off topic buy why does the hero in most games or anime use the element of Fire. In some it isnt, but its just about in everything. Is fire just common or is it easy to just give the main character the fire element for story line purposes?. One thing is for sure in Inuyasha, wind is very common among most of the characters.

I have noticed it too. I think it is because Fire elementals make good main characters because they 'overcome' their problems in a direct way. The sneakiness of Ice and Shade are usually considered to be traits of the enemy.
But not every single one. Even in Yu-Gi-Oh itself, the main character is Shade-Water.

Determined hero= good story line.
No on wants to play a game where some Wind Elementa goes around chasing shiny object. Actually, that might be Mario... sweatdrop

any elemental game/anime is good, it just depends on how good it is made.

Actually, I think that Fire elementa main characters are sometimes a way of covering up bad plotsketching.
You don't have to create much reason for the main character to keep moving forward through the storyline if you use a Fire elementa of only average maturity.
I mean, what's up with 'I must defeat my opponent because they defeated me awhile back!" Although it is possible, I think other elementa might need a bit more incentive than that.

"Yeah... I don't care much about defeat. What I care about is someone or something getting killed. Or maybe power. Yeah... power's a good incentive. Like maybe a fief of land to call my own."

Squall was more of an Ice Elementa with his cold personality. Tidus acts more like a wind elementa with his friendly nature and his cockiness, thats somethin Wind Elementa specialize in right Reis? Zidane was also a wind elementa with his flirting. Cloud is probably an ice elementa with his cold attitude more than likely.

I agree with you on almost all those, Jareth, though I somehow always think of Cloud as a Lightning elementa with a hurtful past. Truth is, I can't tell with him. Either one seems equally likely.
Then again, he does get along with Tifa, who is clearly some sort of Water-Shade combination...
