Branded Tactician I don't like Lyn and Eliwood...at all. In fact, I never could figure out who I wanted to stick with Eliwood...Definately not Ninian. She's sweet...but she annoys me a bit.
I'm glad she did the right thing and went back through the gate. Yes, she could have stayed in Elibe, but someone had to stop the dragons left in the other world from destroying humanity...even if it was indeed the human's faults' for driving the dragons out. But the humans that were alive at that time and the humans that would die for their crimes were not the same. Those living in Elibe did nothing to harm the dragons. The mistakes of their ancestors are not their own. There is no reason for them to die for another's offense.
I don't think it's right for Ninian and the other dragons to have to stay in the other world. I also don't think it's fair for innocent people to die. If Ninian stays, then it means that Nils seals the gate on his own. That's what I saw when I A supported them. (Too bad it was in HNM, so I didn't get the Eliwood/Ninian picture, but I got the Hector/Lyn one instead. ^_^) There's really no one else for Eliwood or Ninian though. I mean, they make themselves so obvious for each other. He's so sweet to her, even if she's different, and she's really falling for him. But... the fact that she's a dragon makes me unsure if she's Roy's mother. After all, Roy's not half a dragon. They would have said so, but then again, Roy's game was made BEFORE Eliwood's, so we'll never know. Practically, Eliwood/Fiora is the best choice. Plus, their supports (Anima/Wind) aren't bad for bonuses either. It's a shame no one else really likes this pairing like I do.

This is probably past due, but all evidence supports RathxLyn a lot more strongly, so sorry HectorxLyn supporters, but I think you're wrong. wink
I've researched into the evidence, so that my favourite pairing wasn't based upon bias, and came to find that I can like it because of it's truth and not just because of bias.
You can flame me, ehehehe, but you'll be dumb if you do. wink

Misuki Marishima After all, Roy's not half a dragon. Even if Ninian was Roy's mother, he'd only be 1/4 Dragon. Ninian is only half, and Eli's 100% human. I support Eli/Ninian, Hector/Florina, and Rath/Lyn, although I do like Hector/Lyn. As far as FE8 is concerned, I support Lyon/Eirika because Innes is a jerk and Ephraim's her brother, and because I like Lyon better than Seth. Seth/Eirika also seems like a blatant rip-off of Kent/Lyn. In regards to FE9/10, I support Naesala/Leanne.

There are other pairings I like, like Heath and Legault, Colm and Neimi, Roy and Lilina... but not as strongly as those three.

Naesala/Leanne is a great pair. if they get an A support they have two children (a boy raven and a girl heron). btw I support Erk/Nino, Eliwood/Ninian, Harken/Isadora, and Roy/Lilina.

@ Abel/Rathy: This is FE we're talking about here. Technically, there is no canon. You can support whomever you want to...
@ Ninian: I still had no idea that Ninian and Nils were half-dragons.
More PoR comes to mind! XD My favorite of crack pairings is Ike/Reyson... but that's because it's crack and it's funny.
For FE 6: Dieck/Ellen. I dunno where I get that from... rule 34 I suppose? *shot*
More of my favorite rule 34's: Limstella/Sonia, Nergal/Limstella, Sealen/Innuendo, and Nergal/Ath- *shot again, repeatedly*
On a serious note though, the best pairings of all were in FE 7.
Eliwood/Ninian
Eliwood/Fiora (For logic's sake)
Hector/Farina (I freaking love this one! Two warriors FTW.)
Hector/Lyn
Rathy-kun/Lyn (for logic's sake, I suppose)
Pent/Louise
Rebecca/Lowen (in that order)
Canas/Luna Tome
Karel/Wo Dao
Oswin/Uber Spear
Vaida/Heath (in FEF as we- *shot again repeatedly*)

I personally support Hector/Florina since Lilina acts like Florina, all timid and stuff, with Hector's headstrong-ness.

@Rei: Supposedly, since even in their official ending, they return to the plains... Lyn and Rath meet up together. That's Rath's logic. As for Hector/Florina... I haven't done their supports, and I like Farina better with him because of their personalities. Lilina is a very strong girl, if you remember how good she takes the certain bad news in FE 6.
I like Kyle/Syrene... but that is only because I haven't had the patience to get Gilliam/Syrene. I'm a sucker for the whole "childhood friends, now lovers" deal, hence my love of Roy/Lilina.

That's only part of it, "my daughter's mule". I'm not going to go into detail, because I'm not supposed to be posting on this account.
FE6 appearances support RathxLyn, more than other Lyn pairings.
Sue and Lyn have the same affinity, and the child of a pairing will generally have the affinity of one of the parents, though it is not always so.
This is not a strong argument, but Sue does strongly resemble Lyn, while Lilina only resembles her father.
And yeah, as was said, if you don't influence any pairings to happen, Rath and Lyn end up in the plains together anyway, but since it's FE, they have to be vague.

I still say there's no true canon in FE. And since they had to go and make FE 7 a prequel, that kinda screwed everything up too.
crying I'm sad that a lot of my favorites of FE 7 didn't return, it makes me think that only one thing coulda happened to them!!!! It was bad enough I had to witness it for Hector...
Back to pairings... ^_^ I love Haar/Jill, and Rolf/Mist. Too bad Rolf/Mist gets no ending... neither does Ike/Elincia. Poor Ike, he gets no love whatsoever, unless you count Soren, but... I believe it's different between them.
He gets no son of his own to look up to him the way he did Greil... OTL

I'm pretty sure that the creators made official canons and kept it for themselves, but for the fan's sake, they let it be vague, so that players could choose their own pairings.
