Artiki :: She made her hair wave in the wind like the spray from the ocean and it softly brushed his face, reinforcing its warm, woolly looks. Tiki returned the smirk in an dazed manner. He wasn't used to dealing with a lady... or people in general, for that matter.... but he didn't want to scare her away with his usually insane rhyming and unfocused scheming. He really just wasn't sure how to act. :: "I'll try not to be shy.... I've had a bit of an upsetting day and was reflecting when you chanced upon me. I lo-... I'll look for the path. Where are you from?" he asked. He was speaking more openly with this woman than anyone he had ever before met. What was wrong with him? :: The horse hopped over some debris, jostling Tiki, and he grabbed onto Avariel for support. His arms lay on her curved hips, and he tried not to groan as he removed them. This was going to be harder than he thought. :: Staring down at the fox, he had no idea why she was present. He yipped at her again to go away, this time in sharp tones, with a growl, hoping it would get the message. "I don't know what it wants," he said, "but it smells wrong." *looks at the fox 's play and a light smile spreads across my face and I bring Aldebaron to a slow stop and I and I stare at the fox*....It seems friendly enough...*looks to him* I told you..I am from Drathil..it is a long way from here....hold on...*slides off the horse and I approach the fox* Hey there...*kneels down* How are you little friend?

"I'm afraid I just don't know where that is, I'm sorry," he apologized. He watched her greet the fox.
:: Tiki was wary. As a similar spirit, he didn't trust foxes. Not socially minded enough for his likings. Seeing such a big one was not to his liking. The moon was full, and his natural strength was at its height, one wrong move and he'd be on the fox before it could blink. What he really wanted was for it to leave, so he could go back to talking with Avariel in solitude. ::

:: Tiki squinted, obviously annoyed. :: "Some leaves are best left turned, else they grow in crooked," he said, trying hard not to growl. He didn't want to be mean, but he was always bothered on every page of his life. This sort of thing had never, ever happened to him before, and that it be shared by some stranger was unappealing to him.
((Goodnight, all.))

*Jumps to the ground right next to Tiki* "I leave you for not ten minutes and I lose you, and to top it off you're one of the hardest people to track,... ever. I got your stuff." *Drops all of tiki's belongings by his feet* " You left it with the other group, so I went back and got it. Who's this? And what's that fox doing here." *There was something familiar about this fox he wasn't sure what though, luckinly it didn't seem hostile.*

::Tiki ran his hand through his hair in a frustrated manner. This fox was so stubborn! As Trent appeared next to him, he looked completely defeated. So much for meeting a lone stranger on a romantic night. He felt kind of bad about leaving Candle on his own, but Tiki kew he could take care of himself. He took his things gratefully. And nodded to him in thanks.::
"No, we aren't in need of assistance," he told the fox exasperatedly, gesturing to the horse. Couldn't she tell from the way he kept signalling for her to leave?
