The manga's releasing a bit too slow for me... Though I like its translation better than the scanslations. I think the only one I'm gonna buy is book seven, 'cause it's the end of the first arc (e.g. L kicks the bucket), but I might read some after that at the store 'cause the later scanslations were poorly translated and very confusing. Perhaps Viz can clear things up a bit... I understood the basic gist of Near's ideas, but the in-depth stuff that makes you think "Holy s**t, that's brilliant" just didn't seem to be there.

Most of the book stores ware I live have it. I've already read farther then the ones that have ben relesed but I sill buy them.
