Billie nodded rubbing her throat, "You got it!" she went over to the wall kicking it open and grabbing the cannon. She positioned it in her hands and aimed at the bot, "Take this!" she pulled the trigger and sent a blast right at the bot, while keeping her balance holding the blast.

Billie nodded and put the blaster back where she found it and came back over, "You are too weak Mystic, let me use my waves to carry both you and Skar downstairs. I still have plenty of energy to do so," she used softer waves to pick up Skar and then used them to pick up Nathan as well, "What was that thing?"

Billie nodded walking down the stairs holding them up with her waves, "You don't have to worry about falling with me around Mystic," she thought for a moment, "I would have sworn my waves would have worked on that thing. I mean, I used to make machines explode when I put them at high levels, but they didn't even make a dent in that one," she then looked at him, "You need me to do anything else? I think I could make you something...it should be better than my last attempt," she laughed uneasily remembering what happened last time. Burnt on the outside and undercooked on the inside.

Billie pouted a bit, then she just smiled her goofy smile, "Sure thing, maybe I'll make Skar something for when she wakes up," she set Nathan down gently, "You take care now, and next time, let me know when something bad is going on, so I can help out sooner," she then turned, "Get better, we'll have to find that thing sooner or later and we'll need all the strength we can get. When I drop Skar off, I'll start tuning my instruments and tune my speakers as well. Ja!" she then proceded to walk down the hall towards the infermery.

Billie walked into the infermery and set Skar down on the bed gently. She looked down at her, "Overdid it again Skar, well, I'm just glad you're okay," she took her mini screwdriver out and pulled up a seat beside Skar's bed. She began working on the speakers in her hands

Skar had wrested herself from unconsiousness a mere four hours before Mystic Man awoke. After limping down to her room, her right leg still sore from the force of the blow she had given the sim-bot, she had changed into better wear, and sent her gloves to Repair. Wearing her second, less durable, backup pair, she opened the door to find a package at the threshold. Opening it, she found herself faced with a belt and a ring, complete with the Legion's crest.

Mystic Man's announcement sounded moments later, and Skar hastily donned her belt, and slipped into the Assembly Hall early, so she could grab a prime perch for herself.

Nathan and the other Chairmen and Leaders of the Legion sat in their respective seats at the podium. Below them, were many rows of chairs. Nathan sat near the middle right, six chairs from the end. When everyone seemed to be in the Assembaly Hall and in a seat, Nathan stepped down to the main Podium, on a middle stage between the Leaders and the audience. Nathan cleared his voice. "Good," He paused and looked at the clock, "morning my fellow Legionaires. For those of you who don't know me, I am Mystic Man: Head of the Technologicle and Magical Development and Reasearch Department here in the Tower. Today you have all recieved a package, aswell as the Chairmen and Leaders of the Legion, containing a gold ring and belt containing the Legions crest; the bursting Star. These are very special items. The ring is a flight ring. If you cannot already fly, the ring will grant you that power as long as you are wearing it. And the belt is an auto-matic oxygen supply. It alows us to breath and survive in deep space. Now, the ring and belt won't protect you from going into space without a ship, so don't try it. And, if you cannot already fly, then your ring can only take you so high and so long, unless in space. We will most likely be upgrading these devices annually. Please use these responsibly. Remember, you are a represenitive of the Legion. If you do something to make yourself look like a threat, or just plain stupid, it will reflect on, not only us, but all meta-humans alike. Thank you." Nathan stepped down and the Legionaires began pouring out of the Hall. Nathan, the other Leaders, and Chairmen left through the stage entrance and went to their respective rooms and assignments. Nathan went to the lounge. He sat there reading the news paper and waiting for something interesting to happen the rest of the day.

Livi sat on the small beam of wood and cawed loudly, her raven's tail spread out behind her. She watched the conversation below her and a cruel smile covered her face.
