A question to those kind of fangirls: What the ******** is with your goddamn obsession with YAOI/SLASH?
I do not see anything particularly interesting in reading fanfiction about same-sex fictional character action. It's like reading a descriptive paragraph about a porn picture: pointless, uninspired, and a waste of time.
Simply put: I have read your slash fiction, and I think you need testosterate supplements.

I'm actually one of those who are into shonen-ai/yaoi. There's nothing wrong with it, really. It's just a bunch of pictures, frames, or writing that just happens to appeal to me. I, however, greatly fear those girls who take one look at yaoi action and drools, squeals, and/or screams and makes a wild attempt to get to it.

I do like yaoi, I admit, but I'm not an "OMG IT'S YAOI! SQUEEEE!" type of girl. I just hold the view that a couple is a couple, fan-made or not, and it doesn't matter what genders the two people are. (And no, I'm not one of those girls that says that but then says "Ew, yuri!" While I admit to not liking yuri quite as much, yuri couples are just as valid. *cough*Utena and Anthy*cough*)
Gravitation, however, is a different story. It's hard to find a girl who likes anime who won't start "squee"-ing over Gravitation. (It's just the fluffiest cutest thing ever...I don't care if the two main characters are both guys, I'd "squee" over the cuteness if Shuichi was a girl!)

Sure, I like yaoi. What I don't like are the fangirls who say things like "HET SUCKS OMG!!!11!" Basically, if it isn't yaoi, then they don't like it, and that's just retarded.

My general question: What yaoi/shonen-ai fan doesn't like Gravitation? Actually, if it wasn't for my friend, Lauren, who introduced me to Gravitation, I don't think I'd be as fond of yaoi as I am today. It's a nice starter manga. 3nodding

I'd like to be the first yaoi fan to dispel your notion that Gravitation is all-around likeable. eek Shuichi bugs the hell out of me... what kind of guy could be that clingy? o.o Well, I suppose that some people like that sort of thing, and I indulge in fluff a lot myself... but I don't know. I like my men to act like men. 3nodding That's why FAKE is so appealing to me, along with other mano-y-mano pairings like Jack/Daniel and Mulder/Krycek. biggrin *squeeee~* Okay, that last squeal was just to annoy the heck out of you. whee
