Dunno who the hell you are, but I can say your avatar looks like it could use a major redo. If you're going for masked assassin, as you've put it, try and add a little bit of imagination into it. Right now, you're not an assassin, you look like a guy in a Halloween party and to be blunt, your item combination leaves a lot to be desired. Change your hair color too, bright colors do not go with an assassin look. Try dark colors instead.

I like it. The different coloured trouser legs and the santa hat adds a uniqueness to the whole outfit. (I've lacked the funds to finish my avatar, so here's a picture. I don't mind which one you decide to rate.)

There's nothing particularly wrong with your avi, per se. But, perhaps it's a bit overly-simple. The outfit is rather plain, and, though the two dragons give the whole design an interesting twist, the color schemes and overall theme isn't echoed in what your avatar's actually wearing. I'd work on finding a more interesting outfit to compliment the two dragons. Maybe even throw in some tattoos, or something.
Overall, I'd say 5/10.

Ahh, Rhia...
I see you like the troubled, innocent look, but I think that the Angelbow would go better with that Avi.

(same) I'm not sure how I feel about the angelbow (I knew what you meant, btw ^^) I just think the wings are a bit understated...   I changed the outfit for kicks--I wear this one sometimes, too, and I kinda like it ^^

Tadashi.....it's to basic with nothing that odd.........so it's low score man sorry......
(this is going back when avi was first rated.......Oath I think the white and black jacket looks good with the purple and red clothes......)
