[Team: Ink and Prana]

Prana stood in the cobbled street, blinking her eyes furiously. This was...new. She never remembered seeing anything like this before. The cobbled walls reminded her of a friendlier, cleaner version of Durem. She took a step back in amazement, a low whistle escaping her lips. She reached up to rub her eyes when she noticed something...strange. Her hands were bigger? She was...taller? Prana immediately reached a hand into her bag, which thankfully had traveled with her, for something reflective. The best she could come up with was a small metal knife. She unsheathed the blade and squinted in the tiny reflection within the gleaming silver metal and gasped. A quick look toward the ground sealed the confirmation. It was farther away then she remembered, and harder to see because of her...uh...

Prana flushed and put her knife away. She could deal with this, she just needed a moment. Glad she was alone, she took a step back to lean against the wall, and heard a soft crunch beneath her feet. Curious, she bent down to pick up the small piece of paper she dropped.

[Kitsu & Mayu]

Kitsu jerked, reaching to catch the girl that had fallen out of nowhere. She didn't want her to be hurt! She had been staring around the area blankly before the pink flowery girl came through the door. She had never been here before, she knew that much. And she was starting to worry that she was the only one here now.

But at least now she wasn't alone!

[Team: Kitsu & Mayu]

As her vision seemed to come back, the child fell right into the arms of someone that seemed a little taller than she was, and her relaxed body just hung for a moment as the young legend tried to get her bearings back. Grasping lightly onto the other's shoulders for support, Mayu blinked a few times as she stood herself up, and then looked a little blankly at the girl in front of her.

She paused, unable to help but stare at the child's beautiful headpiece, but then immediately grew flustered as she noticed it was attached at the forehead. A horn?? As she bowed, the sakura girl noticed even more. A... a horse's... body...

"OH MY GOSH I'M SO SORRY I DIDN'T MEAN TO RUN INTO YOU AND STARE AND I'M SORRY THIS IS SO EMBARRASSING PLEASE FORGIVE ME!!" Mayu blurted out in a messy, speedy jumble of words, all the while taking numerous deep bows, being careful not to hit the girl with her branches.

Resting her hands on her knees and taking several deep breaths to calm down, she seemed to almost completely forget about what just happened as it dawned on her that they were no longer in front of headquarters. Straightening up again, she peered about nervously, wondering where Demare had gone.

"Um... w-where are we? Do you know?" she asked curiously, hoping to be able to redeem herself, and hoping she didn't scare the other girl too much. Then she lightly tapped her silver head with a little fist, and smiled sweetly. "Oh! My manners... Thank you for catching me. I'm Mayu! What's your name?"

[Kitsu and Mayu]

Kitsu smiled, not bothered at the staring for once. It didn't seem that the other girl thought she was a freak, after all. She reached down, picking up the pad she had hung around her neck and flipping to the page that said "My name is Kitsumai." This she showed to Mayu before scribbling on the next page, "Do you know where we are?"

[Team: Kitsu & Mayu]

Mayu blinked a few times at the writing, wondering why the other girl didn't talk. She decided not to ask, however, figuring that maybe she might have been sick or was shy or something along those lines. Instead, she smiled politely and bowed a little bit in greeting.

"It's nice to meet you, Kitsu! Er, can I call you that?" she giggled, but then quickly grew a little worried as she shook her head at the question. "No, I've never been here before. At least... I don't THINK I have..."

How uncomfortable. If Demare were here, maybe he'd be able to tell her if she had seen this place or not. It never bothered her that much when she couldn't remember things from before, but now where it might have been useful... Mayu sighed lightly, looking at the buildings. Everything looked so... empty. She noticed something flapping in the breeze near by, and began to move toward the fliers posted on the window.

"Hey, what's that?" she asked, wondering about the brown parchment. Was that a map??

[Kitsu & Mayu]

"It looks like a map," Kitsu wrote out, following the other girl. "Think we should take it with us?" Obviously she planned to explore. No longer, she thought a bit proudly, was she the crybaby that fell apart at every turn. She was a big girl now!

Well, bigger, at least. She hesitated, hoping her family wouldn't be too worried with her gone. She would find a way out!

[Team: Kitsu & Mayu]

Mayu reached up a bit cautiously, plucking the map carefully off of the window. She looked it over for a few moments before showing it to Kitsumai, pointing out the two burn marks.

"What do you think these are for?" she asked curiously, looking up at the girl first before peering at the buildings again. Funny... they seemed to be laid out similar to where the markings were.

[Team: Ink and Prana]

Just at the moment of Prana's bending over, Ink comes stumbling backwards into her, still reeling from the force of being shoved through the entrance. He lets out a string of curses and choice swears he's picked up in other languages, but he thanks his lucky stars for the somewhat soft landing.

"If this's death again, I'm goan to ******** love coming back an' ringin' th' neck of that dual winged b*****d!" he splutters lastly, shoving his elbow into what he presumes is the ground and will help to push him up on his feet. But when his sharp elbow pushes into something fleshy, Ink twists around to investigate what exactly he's landed on.

[Kitsu & Mayu]

Kitsu looked at the map as well, cocking her head slightly before she pointed at Mayu, then herself. It was like the map at the mall, she thought. This was the "You are here" sign.

She leaned closer, looking for the "Exit" sign next. It would have been much more helpful if there was a little list under the map that told what each of the buildings were, she thought, her tails swishing with a hint of irritation.

[Team: Ink and Prana]

Prana gasped out in surprise as the force knocked her forward onto the ground. She managed to catch herself and cushion the fall somewhat, but winced a bit as her shoulder took the brunt of the impact. After assessing her position, she realized there was a small weight pushing upon her lower back. The weight then started cursing furiously, and Prana craned her neck to catch a glimpse of the blonde boy she had seen at the doorway. Looks like a lot of the Legends were feeling brave.

Practicality overcame curiosity soon enough, and Prana was just about to ask the boy to get off of her when he thrust an elbow into her ribs.

"Ouch." Prana blurted out the exclamation with surprise. That was a bit unexpected. Realizing that the blonde Legend was now looking directly at her, she tired to give him a kind smile. "Could you please get off of me?"

[Team: Naeva]
((I cant remember, where is the HQ in gaia, Durem?? [edit] no worries, I will make it work...or leave it as it is, everyone else use your imagination!))

Naeva stood staring at the surroundings, for a moment she barely felt like she had left the cold streets of ****** when her eyes rested upon the new scenery. The old cobble streets, the quaint houses, the curving vines, this place was almost appealing if it wasn't for the eerie silence and apparent emptiness that was the streets.

Glancing around Naeva looked upon the bulletin board that was attached to the side of a derelict building. The old posters curling at the edges as the look of time had started its slow decay upon the writing, she read them feverishly as if they hid some tiny clue as to her whereabouts. Her vision eventually resting on the map, its burning amber dot enticing her to pluck the page from the wooden board.

"Where am I" She mumbled as she tried to place herself in the map, looking up and down until she aligned the landmarks with the drawing of the city, her mind outlining the facts as she worked out north and south to her current position.

"This is so...so...unacceptable!" When I asked to find out, I didn't mention the word lost!....in a strange place.....on my own!"
Naeva's voice rattled between the houses as she shouted at someone to answer her. It was times like these that she wished she had made more of an effort being social with anyone! Let alone the other legends who graced this earth. The alluring temptation to practice her magic, create potions and adhere to strict ritual times left little room to make friends. But in these situation, which she often found herself in, she wished there was someone there to blame it all on.

Karan watched as a number of people, some familiar, went through the lone door. He didn't see any of them emerge on the other side, which was odd. But in such a time and place, it might be odder still if the door was just a piece of wood. It having meaning made more sense in his mind.

The question was, did he want to join those going through? There was nothing to indicate what was on the other side, or any sign that those who had gone through had arrived safely. For all he knew, it could be a trap. But even knowing this, there was something drawing him to the door. Maybe the fact that he didn't know if it was safe made it more interesting.

Studying those who remained, Karan shrugged and ran past them, darting through into the unknown.

[Team: Ink and Prana]

It takes Ink aback to find himself in a sort of heap with such a looker of a girl, never mind now being begged to get off of her. He purposefully takes a moment to recollect himself, just to savour the contact in probably the worst not-yet-teen, dirty-minded-little-brat way, before rolling off in a way he assumes to be considered suave.

"Sorry, gorgeous," he says, followed by a clearing of his throat to try and perpetuate a deeper vocal range to pad up his age. "Iffin it's any consolation, y'can go 'head an' fall on me, next."
