yep yep.
On that note, I've been away from my computer a lot lately. Mostly over at my friends home. So I'm not going to write everything I eat down on here.
I'm still keeping a mental tally of course.
I've been going to the gym alot.
And although there is no change in my weight to report. I feel the difference in my clothes.

Why measurements are important. I maintained my weight. BUUUT~! I lost an inch off of my bust area (no not in boob) another inch off of my waste. Oh and not to mention an inch and a half off of my hips!!! So I have lost, just not weight. I'm slimmer~!

I have a hard time keeping on track. I have a hard time focusing on weight.
My life has become a soap opera. One disaster followed by the next. Where I find myself not thinking what i eat or do, then i feel guilty and can't bare to get on here.
I'm hoping to get my life back in order after november is over. this month has been horrible to me.

*hugs* Sometimes weight isn't the most important part of our life to focus on at the moment. I had to take a break too because I had more important things to worry about.
I hope it all works out for you!

Did you know that people that walk dogs five days a week will loose 14 lb per year doing that alone? OR they'll burn 14 lbs worth of calories per year if they up their calorie intake to maintain the same weight.
Also, fluffy dogs! : D
What are your favourite teas?
