I think alot of the inactivity since summer has to do with school. Especially right now, I know several of us are approaching the end of our semester so we're dealing with massive amounts of homework, term papers, and finals. Until those are over, I don't expect to be posting as much, nor do I expect others to be either.
I do like the idea of starting something up during the Christmas break though. I've recently had a few ideas for activities that get multiple guild members involved that I was thinking about running by you guys. The most recent idea was this:
I don't know how many artists we have in the guild. I draw, though I don't claim to be amazing or anything, I do decently well. I'm assuming we have at least a few other artists or graphics people. I was thinking maybe that we could have a series of shorter, timed contests during xmas break. Instead of the usual prizes like monthly collectables or items, we could have one of our artists (( or more than one )) attempt to draw a character from one of the winnner's rps. I love when I have a drawn, personalized pic of my character. I bet there are others who would too. The contests would have to be timed tho, because instant gratification is always more enticing then possibly having to wait for months to get a prize. Also, the actual artists might have limited free time (( like myself )) so it puts less pressure on us.
I thought it'd be fun. Maybe we could play with it a little. Maybe we could also have contests for artists drawing characters and then we vote on the best one. Stuff like that. Don't know. What do you think?

I have to agree with Minai on inactivity especially right now, as a college student and somehow managing to juggle three jobs, next week are my final examinations but once that is done (assuming I survive with my sanity at least partially intact) I shall be rping like there is no tomorrow.
I really like Minai's idea for drawing avatars/pictures as prizes for active roleplayers. It seems much more personal knowing that someone put time in effort into the prize you receive (well that's just me ^^ wink I too like to draw and would be more than happy to help out in this idea.
...alas, I must go back to torturing myself with more calculus. Everyone else, be safe and good luck on term papers and crazy final exams o.O

Sorry it took me so long to get here. ^^u My many apologies again.
But I would be delighted in hosting those contests. The prizes are personal, sweet, and likely adored. I know I have paid to have characters drawn out for me, so that would be a good idea. Can someone get me names of our artists? (I know about Hoshi! >w<)
