"Oh! Me too!" Jaeden said enthusiastically, "I'm Jaeden and I play the quads! Is there anything we can help you with Miss Mason?"

((Dark_Flapjack, if you read the rules I said I wanted all forms to be PMed to me. In order to be accepted, you have to PM your form to me. That is all.))
"Ah, uhm..." Sierra stutters at the sudden want to help of all three students she just met. She felt so surprised. This was just like back when she had joined marching band-everybody wanted to help. "There's not anything I need help with just yet, except I don't have any student techs. I remember G liked having the students have their peers help out, so I guess you three can help out as student techs once we get in basics block!" She manages to squeak out, slightly embarrassed. This is like my first year in marching band... Already accepted as a member... She thinks, an almost sad smile coming across her face.
Meanwhile, G was watching the scene. He knew that smile. It was the smile she had that first year he knew her. I bet right now she's getting haunted by her past. I hope she's feeling okay... He thinks as he hears a sickly cough from the other room.
Sierra had started coughing, and had spit up some blood on her shirt. She wasn't stopping coughing anytime soon. "Someone... there's an inhaler-like thing on my desk in my office... get it for me," She stammers out as she collapses onto the floor, coughing up more blood. She hears the door behind her slam open, as G ran over. "It's still happening?!" He asks, and she nods. G looks at the three students with them, and sighs. "Back in her freshman year, she came close to death. Occasionally she'll go into coughing fits that she can't stop, and she'll cough up blood. Her inhaler's the only thing that will help her breathe normally again," He says, managing to get louder than Sierra's coughing. She was spitting up less blood, but still was spitting up some.

"GAHH! MISS MASOOON!!" Jaeden yelled.
He ran to the desk and searched frantically for the inhaler. When Jaeden finally found it, he tossed it at Mr. G, figuring the professor knew how to operate the inhaler better than he did.

G caught it, and he held it down to Sierra. She shoves it in her mouth, and pushes down on it three times-enough for a weak to mild attack. She mentally sighed, knowing that it was only when her emotions went crazy that a bad attack happened. At least she'd stopped coughing. The medical mist was working wonders already. "Thank you, Jaeden," She murmurs after finally catching her breath, "Thank god that was only mild. I don't know what I would have done if it were anything more." "If it were more..." G murmurs, and quietly walks away, their eyes meeting for a split second. It was almost like they were psychic, the way she reacted. "I'm fine," She breathes, not knowing if anybody heard her.
If it were more... then it would have been like when her throat collapsed in the first place... G thinks, worry crossing his face. He knew it was thanks to the band and him that her life was saved.

Leslie had watched the scene in utter horror and had grasped to Jonathan unknowingly as Jaeden retrieved their teacher's much-needed inhaler. "Are you sure that you're alright...?" Leslie managed, her voice trembling with fear and a certain uncertainty. She had never seen anything like that before and it definitely frightened her to no end. She trembled terribly like a startled rabbit.
Jonathan, once he got over the shock of what happened to his teacher, he noticed that Leslie had clutched to him and he had to bite back a smile. "Hey, it's alright." he said, "She's fine now." He comforted Leslie gently, putting a supportive hand on her shoulder.
Leslie looked up at him and forced a smile. "Yes, but you can't be too sure..." she said, "But thank you..." She pulled him into a sincere hug.
Jonathan felt his face heating up and the color steadily changing as she hugged him. "Y-you're...welcome..." he stammered nervously.

"Aww, Jesus! I'm late again for Band Camp!" Senior Cameron Jessee exclaims as he's is driving to the school. "Oh my god! I hate Band Camp."
Cameron reached his destination, as he quickly flies out the car to his trunk. He was all bouncy as he couldn't find the key to the trunk. When he finally found it, he popped the trunk open and quickly put on his snare harnest, grabbed his sticks, and attempted sprint into the band room.
As Cameron was breathing heavily, he opened the door to the band room with a vengeance, and heads over to the Percussion Room, not even paying attention to anyone in the room. He dropped all his equipment, and gave a sigh of relief, and walked out into the band room. "Whew" sighed Cameron as he layed on the band room floor.

Sierra stands up, shaking her hair out of her face. "I'm fine now, really," She says, only a faint rasp left in her voice. A smile crosses her face as she looked at Leslie and Jonathan. Just like my old bandmates... I wish I had a guy like that, She thinks, and pushes the thought out of her mind. Her old bandmates... they were gone now. They were past.
Amazingly, in Sierra's life, only one person had remained constant since she joined the marching band. The kind, protective teacher known as Benjamin Grant. She always admired him for his consistency in her life, from the moment he had asked her what was wrong in the hallway after she had survived a cruel beating from her aunt. He was the one who had gotten her away from her aunt, and almost risked his job offering a foster home to her. When she reached college age, he helped her find the best local college and then requested her as a student teacher once he found out that she planned to be a band director like him. Eventually, in the end he gave his job up to her, but wanted to remain around. He knew when he saw her coughing that she still was haunted by her past in the most miniscule ways, such as her coughing attacks. How they wished they could be related sometimes...
((From now on, when I'm writing about Sierra's past and relationship with G, it's going to be like that.))

Marie rolled over in bed, looking at the clock. "Augh, I'm late for band again..." she muttered, tugging on a shirt and jeans. She grabbed an apple in the kitchen then headed out the door. Fortunately for the young junior, she lived right behind the school.
Marie ran into the band room, then looked at the clock. Sweet, I didn't think I'd be early! she thought, smiling sleepily. The girl then lay down next to Cameron.
"How's it goin' this morning?" she half yawned. Marie didn't hate band, unlike a lot of the band students. She just didn't care for waking up, expecially after sleeping in until 2 in the afternoon most of the summer.

Keep me in your dreams...
A silent scream echoed off the buildings, through the streets, into the country, but never reached anyone's ears. If a tree falls in a forest, without anyone there to hear it, does it make a sound? "Of course not." The voice rang out, deafening as it cut the final moments of silence. "It's apparently only a noise if it's heard. Simple fact." The voice's owner mumbled, annoyance filling his vain tone. Turning away from his audience, a simple computer screen holding the question he had answered, the realization of the date hit Caden in the face... Metaphorically speaking.
"Damn it, damn it..." Instinctively, the lad ran his hand through his black, layered hair, still wet from his shower. Letting it drop bit by bit, eyes closed, a sigh excused the other words that were deemed unacceptable by some. His calm was the box concealing the fear that trembled throughout his existence. Oh, what a wondrous gift for him to receive.
A flash of pain seized the boy's body for a moment, his breath staggering as blinding memories stole his vision. Panting heavily, he rose from the comfortable, wheeled computer chair on which he was perched. "I know, I know..." More mumbles were made to himself, ones that would have revealed his insanity if he didn't hide them from the public.
Without putting a shirt on, and only wearing fitted black pants and converses, he walked out of his hard wood door, not bothering to lock it behind him. Caden's sleek, black car came from his mother, though he pushed that out of his train of thoughts as he twisted the key in the ignition. Blaring with life, the monster protested remaining stagnant. Caden gave into his car's needs, backing onto the pavement before switching gears into drive, and then speeding towards the dreaded building of which he wished would burn. Usually he would take his time, maybe even walk, but being late would have it's own consequences.
His arrival was quick, considering the time of his departure, and the boy pulled into a parking spot at full speed. Though his driving skills weren't half bad, his breaks caused skid marks behind his wheels as he parked. Feet found the solid ground, casually allowing the lad to walk towards the entrance of hell.
Pushing them open as if he was the center of attention, his eyes found others which he considered of lesser value.
So I can still make you smile.

Jaeden pranced around the band room cheerfully, mingling with anyone who seemed to be bored. He eventually checked in at the perc room and found Marie and Cameron laying on the floor, talking amongst themselves.
"WOOO! Drum love!" Jaeden howled. He laid down next to them and asked them about their summers.

Yeah, I wish..." Marie rolled her eyes, sitting up. "Too bad I'm not a drummer anymore," The girl grabbed her bag and dug through it. She held up a voo doo doll keychain.
"Here," she tossed it to Jaeden. "Got it when I went to Seattle. Thought you'd like it,"

It was half-time, the band was about to march out, and Kale's hand were so sweaty he was scared his sticks would fly out of his hands in the middle of the 1st song. "It's okay," he said to himself under his breath, "it's the first show of the year and you went over this time and time again at band camp. You're ready." He was about to march out when he and the rest of the Drum line bust out in a cadence. He turned around to see what was going on and why he couldn't stop playing before the show started but all he saw was darkness. Kale rolled out of bed to turn off the alarm he had set on his phone (which was why he had begun the cadence). He yawned and stretched out his arms. "I have got to change that ring tone one of these days." he said half asleep. He got out of bed, got dressed in his Cascade Champion Marching Band T-shirt,blue jeans, and a pair of tennis shoes, and grabbed his stick bag before departing from his house to go to band. Within minutes he arrived at the band room at Cedardale. Kale took a deep breath, muttered a few words of encouragement to himself, then opened the door to see who all had arrived before him.

The moment was interuppted as the other band members started to arrive. Leslie looked around. "Oh, they're here!" She said enthusiastically, "Jon, look!" She fixed her skirt once again and brushed a stray strand of brown hair out of her face. This was always the best part for her. She never got out very often and she was often alone in her lonely mansion. She may have been utterly wealthy, but she personally knew that wealth wasn't everything. She prized her friends and band-mates more than anything...even if they didn't know her as well. Once she was convinced that she was ready to meet the newcomers and welcome back those she was familiar with, she walked over to the groups that were gathering. "No flautists yet." she observed in a mental note to herself. "Oh, and thanks again, Jonathan... I really appreciate it." she said, not wanting to forget about him, since he was always so nice to her.
Jonathan glanced around, "Yeah, would ya look at that." he said, somewhat dissapointed that their "romantic" moment was over. He gave a slight sigh and scratched the back of his neck. After hearing her thanks once again, he gave her a sincere, but small smile. "You're welcome..." he said. She's always welcome... "I think I enjoyed it more than she did..." he thought to himself as he felt another blush creep up his neck.

Kale scanned the band room to see if he could find any other percussionists that he could hang out with until he saw a girl with long brown hair start to walk over "Wow, she's gorgeous." he thought to himself. As she drew closer he caught himself staring and decided he should introduce himself lest he start off band camp without at least something close to a friend. He walked up to the beautiful brown haired girl. "Hi, I'm Kale." he tried to say as calmly as possible but was worried she could see how nervous he was.
