Raiden stood there, watching the girl walk away. He took this time to explore his surroundings. He walked to the destruction he aw around him, there was nothing left but empty buildings, which were cracked and worn down. He didn't look like he belonged there, the sun shined on him, everywhere he went. He walked among the buildings enter small houses, that he could barely fit into. He finally found one house, or building filled with ancient scrolls, he walked inside, slightly curious. He sat down on the chair that was in there, and picked up a scroll. He blew the dust off, and opened it up. He started to read the contents inside.

Shady sat up slowly his back cracking *Thats much better...Thank you.* He smiled and patted Sai's head...

 Sai morphed out of her wolf form smiling brightly at him again. She was happy that he was ok. After all, she had little to no friends, especially when they were like her. Martel smiled. "It's not a problem." Martel stood up and looked around the desert area. There was a particular ruin that she wanted to go look at. "I'll be right back." She walked off, following her line of vision until she could see it better. The entrance into a rather old ruin. There was a small pedestal nearby with a stone tab on the top. It was too familiar for words. "This is exactly like the Triet Ruins." She placed her hand on the stone tab and a door opened on the ground, sand pouring inside the hole in the ground, covering parts of the stairs.

He fallowed and watched...When she made the floor cave in but he wasn't surprised...He knew about...He smiled and motione for Sai...

Walking off he put the book back were he found it then started to explore the ruins agian. He looked inside what looked like a house, and a store. His throught was burning from the desert air. He walked into a building and sat against a wall resting.

(( I'm gonna go out on a limb here and make Martel be capable of summoning the Summon Spirits. I know it's Mithos that made the pacts, but since this isn't the same world, I want that option to be open... xP )) Sai followed silently, not leaving Shady's side. He was like a long lost brother in her eyes, and a very valuable friend as well. She didn't want to lose that.Martel looked at the opening and walked down into the ruin. It was exactly the same as she remembered it. She walked further into the place, noticing all the monsters around. They seemed to be going about their business, but when she moved closer they seemed to turn and watch her intently. Martel sighed and gathered herself before proceeding further into the ruin. The monsters took a turn on the hostile side, but she summoned up a barrier to keep them at bay. It wouldn't last long, but long enough to get by she hoped.

{{Aight! ^_^}} Shady dashed forward and nailed the monster in the forhead killing it...He had very powerful kicks in him and was going to protect his friends...

After resting Kyle got up and walked through the ruins. He walked int the basement and walked down hallways looking into different chambers. He heard slow footsleps. "the others are in a different building" he whispered to himself drawing his longsword silently, and slowly walking close to the wall towards the sound.

(( I need to get going soon. I do need to sleep after all. I stayed on longer than I should have last night. phew!!! But, just assume that Sai is following, cuz I need to post mainly as Martel now, for a little while anyway. )) Martel moved further inside the ruin, followed by Shady and Sai, who were protecting her. She found the stairs leading to what she knew was a transporter that would bring her into the central chamber of the ruin. She waited for Shady and Sai to be there before she stepped on the transporter and found herself in the central chamber. There was a mass of mana flowing from the seal. It seemed Efreet was not yet controlled in this world. And if that was so, then none of the Summon Spirits were controlled yet.
Martel stepped forward and watched as Efreet appeared before her. 'You who possess the right of summoning. Have you come here to form a pact?' Martel nodded at Efreet. "I have come to ask that you form a pact with me. This world could benefit from the use of a summoner and the controlled power of the Summon Spirits." 'Very well. Fight. And I shall determine your worth as a pact maker.' Efreet came forward and the battle began...(( Oh lordy, this'll be fun... xP ))

Shady dashed forward and kicked at him trying to take him out fast and quick...He also protected his new friends so they would not get hurt... {{Ok ^_^ this will be fun}}

Kyle watched some tombrobbers walk past with stuffed bags. "what. . they cant do that" he said revealing himself. "you better put those back" he said stabbing one on the back. Then deflect the sword of another.

Martel cast a defensive barrier around them all, increasing their defense, and a spell to boost attack strength and accuracy as well. She began to cast her chant for one of the angelic spells she had learned before. She had to stay a good distance away from Efreet, after all, she was not a very physical fighter, she was a healer and a spell caster. She cast Judgment, even though she knew it wouldn't end the battle, it was at least worth using. Her makeshift wings had appeared in battle again, but she let none of it bother her. She cast a healing spell when Efreet landed a direct hit on Shady.

Shady gets hit against a wall and shoots off it chargeing...*Dragon Fist!* He yelled and pivoted his foot shooting his fist into Efreet causeing him to shoot at a wall and smash into it...

Kyle cut another tombraiders head and stabbed another one in the stomach. Suddenly the leader came up and cut him across the back. He screamed and spun around slicing his neck. Before he died he stabed Dakota in the chest before collapsing to the ground.

Seraphiel wandered through the ruins alone, trying to locate where everyone had gone. She found the angel reading one of the old scriptures and watched him for a few minutes.
KoTari followed Shady to eventually meet up with a large floating fire, "Never a dull moment huh?" He said sarcastically and started throwing magical spears of water at it.
