You know you're obsessed with books when you alphabetize your hardcovers and paperbacks so you don't buy the same book twice.

you know your obsessed with books when you stay holed up in your room for 3 days straight finishing a 20 book series..... yeah I now really extreme but it was just so good redface
Oh and its your first year in a new school and the Librarians Know your first, and last name, and they know exactly what type of book you like so when a new one comes in they put it on hold for you.... redface

You know you're obsessed with books when:
-You have your library card number memorized- all 14 numbers of it.
- There are books in every room of the house- including the bathroom.
- You carry a book with you at all times.
- When looking into cosplay, you think first of your favorite character from a book.
- Shades! Your swear words come from your favorite books. Great Jade! That's sad!
- The night security guard at the library recognizes you.
- All you want is to hang out in a used bookstore.

you know you're obsessed with books when. . . you are at a party but spend the whole time behind the couch reading and don't even notice when the party ends.(hee hee, guilty of several offenses)

You know you're obessed with books...
...you get grounded from not tv not computer, but books
...you get called a huge fat juciy bookworm but your mother, and her reasoning is the fact that if you read a lot and your brain gets fat
...your Librarian asks "Where were you yesterday you didn't come and check out a book." and you have to reply "Sorry I finished it right at like 5:46, but couldn't in because I had to go to the bookstore."
