Another forum I have infected! My God, how far shall I spread, before all Gaia space is consumed by my infinite ego? I only pray, that I may someday not be the ridiculous, erratic and vexing creature that I am, and one day burst from my carapace as a trustworthy and active roleplayer.
Perhaps this edifice shall provide the stimulus to allow me to grow into something magnificent? I certainly hope so. >w<

Reliable would be good :p You just need more reasons to get on the internet! Then while you're there, something to remind you to log onto gaia.

We should simply remind him to get on AIM. Once that's done, I can both remind him to be on Gaia and to post. I is a living alarm.
Nyanta should get on AIM o.o

I has msn...I'm afraid the friends I have on it will eat me, though, so I haven't signed on in ages...I'm actually about to settle down and watch a movie with some friends, though, so I'll work on placating msn friends afterwards.

Sky's watching... Elen síla lúmenn' omentielvo. -Is unreachable AIM-wise. Evil laughter-
As far as role playing goes... I need to start thinking of simple characters that won't confuse thread creators >w< Namárië

Then build them up as the story goes on? Dynamically turn a flat character into a dynamic one?

Sky's watching... Elen síla lúmenn' omentielvo. Well, yeah - most ideally I'd just leave most of the profile sheet blank or mysterious in order to have some fun revealing facts later on. Adding snippets of the character description into the post, describing the past IF asked about it by another player etc.
I dislike the whole idea of presenting the character ahead for everyone. I realise it's necessary to avoid some confusion and so on, but to me it takes away the fun from role-playing and discovering things about characters via conversation/interaction rather than by moving back to their profile. I like free-form RPs too ._.
I just don't think they're always feasible.

I personally prefer free form roleplays, as I like it more when you have to discover character's personalities and histories by interacting with them. But that's just me.
