Any minor fractures or dammages done by Dry Ice could also be the result of the gun going from cold-hot repeatedly. no?

By all means, yes.
There's an ever so slight difference from going from -109 F to gunshot temp, and 32 F and gunshot temp.
I can only assume the dry ice at -109 or below would crack more.

Shooting a gun at those temps is a retarded idea to begin with. I'm saying that if you froze it at those tempratures, then and let it go back to normal. There would be no for them to say, "Hey, he voided the warrenty by freezing it!"

I don't see why that would void the warrenty, when H&K does ice tests with all of their firearms.

Which kind of ice, though?

To my knowledge, dry ice isn't really ice. It's Carbon Dioxide in a solid state.
It's A LOT colder.

Ah, chemistry it's awesome.

Ah! It's good that I can make someone laugh.
Carbon Dioxide is sublime. 3nodding

Perhaps.
That's actually a pretty sweet looking gun, but no, I was making a shitty chemistry joke.

Oh, sorry I missed it.

Looks like too much ice/water on it.
Dry ice doesn't go from solid-liquid-gas like normal ice, it just goes solid-gas.

But I could be wrong, I dun really understand german...

But none the less, I'm sure that a warrantee and a test are two completely different things.

You are correct about the solid-gas thing, but I still don't see how dry Ice would hurt it unless you fired it while it was in that condition.

Also, how would the manufacturer know whether or no you have use reloads, dry ice, etc..?

Did I see correctly, or did they dip it in liquid nitrogen?

Not sure. I was referring to the metal.

My favorite metal is Gallium.
Guess why?
