Debriefing:
From all the images sent in from your liger, our scientists were able to come up with this photo:
And from the video Lt. Dixon sent us, we were able to determine what this ZOID is capable of.
It seems as though this ZOID has the ability to fire black flamethrower or rapid black fire balls. This attack must be charged (Much like the CPB) and looses power the longer it is fired/used.
A regular fire is possible, but it is less powerful if not charged.
This ZOID is also equipped with a one shot missile on its back and is capable of regenerating it over a period of time. By the damage recorded on the command wolf and the area surrounding it it would seem as though this is the most powerful and devastating attack this ZOID can offer.
Finally this ZOID is confirmed to be a Bio ZOID and equipped with an advanced Hell Armor.
We have named this ZOID SkullGrey-Mon (Miser Ogre Nil) And will continue to search for it.

He has also instructed our scientist toinstall a shield that is capable of blocking black fire on your liger. But this affect will only last a minute before the shield will fail and return to normal.
