((No I meant what I said. It's just a really fancy way of saying he only uses it when it helps the mission.))
Kai didn't even glance at the knife. Rembrandt did this everytime the High Mistress called him, thought it showed who was boss or something. Stupid vampire, Kai thought. There had been rumors that The Mistress and Rembrandt were lovers, and Kai could see why they thought so. God he hoped the Mistress would give the orders soon! He hated having to work with so many untrustable faces in one room.

Skie glared at Rembrandt. This was not acceptable. She would not work with for or near him. She took a single step forward. "The contract is canceled. I work with no one. Especially not him." Before the Mistress could protest or she could be stopped she lept on the table and out the way she had come. Quickly and quietly she disappeared before she could be tracked leaving the torn contract on the table to his and foam before turning into a black goo and burning a hole through the table.

The cafe seemed to be emptier than usual and she found herself observing people, noting familiar faces and not so familiar. And of course she noticed the oldest direct decendant of the D'Antuire family. Instantly interested she watched the young man carefully, willing to act at a moments notice and noting with irritation the stance and expression of the Copozee.
No respect whatsoever. Does she not know that she stands before such a great man? she thought irritably sipping her coffee and wincing at it's temperature. It burned her throat though ignored it turning her attention once again to the small shop Sweet Treats. She could see a purple haired boy near the store with growing curiousity though squinted as the crowd dispersed from the other dead child. She didn't pay much attention and was grateful that she was far from the ruckess. Of course it didn't matter to her, the boy was not from her family.

Jackson caught sight of a women for a few brief seconds as she seemed to run from someplace. Just like he had, her skin was much darker than his and she looked beyond angry. Definitely Lolthel he thought as he glanced at her beneath his large hat trying not to make eye contact. He turned swiftly now far from the city square and made his way to his home. Having few friends he walked up to his door and opened it swiftly, and stapped inside. His heavy boots clanking as he dragged hi feet.

The three heads were silent for a minute, the plan already unraveling before it had been put into action "Well..." Jory said, sitting up and looking over the table "...maybe we should convein and let the new 'family' be..." Krilion glared at him. Matron Weddow didn't speak, her ire rising behind her impassive mask. "It is settled then, we shall go our seperate ways and decide amongst our own families as to the fate of the rebels" The tall, pale elf said, standing and leaving, his guards slamming the doors behind him. Jory and his three daughters looked at the door, while they relaxed a bit. The head of the Caponzee family glanced at the Matron "I guess it's agreed..." he sighed and left also.
Darianel smiled evily as the other elves left "Mother, maybe we should scrap the plan and settle in for a while, come up with another" he stepped forward, on his mother's right hand side. He nodded to Rembrandt, confident that his mother would agree. Surprising, even to him, she did. "Yes, we shall....much more planning must be done..." she stood, her anger starting to show.
Taratheil smiled at the Caponzee "If you must know, Taratheil D'Anturie, eldest son of the D'Antuire family" he smiled down at the elf "It would be in you best intrest to listen little Miss"

Kai stepped out of the shadows, sure to keep a step behind Rembrandt and Darianel. "Mistress, might I suggest that we retire to the house. As we would not like to give away our position on the matter in such comprimising acommidations.... And I'm sure the Mistress would like to address the matters at hand behind closed doors." Kai said bowing.

J-Lee walked into Sweet Treats with a smile. "hey April how is everything" he said, acting like nothing was wrong. but his eyes were scanning the room and taking in the situation. "So whos this a new customer." he asked edging a bit of sarcasim in.

Skie growled. She was being followed by one of the Mistress's lower men. She slipped into a dark corner and waited for him to pass her. Pathetic. She snatched him into the shadows with her. "Not much of a challenge were you?" She purred in his hear as she held a poison tipped dagger to his throat. "You live only to carry a message to your Mistress. I don't like being played a fool, if she wishes another contract there will be a new stipulation. Any task given to me will exclude Rembrandt, I will grudgingly agree to work with Kai but never the vampire." She whirled him around and jammed the dagger in his thigh. "You have one hour before the poison kills you. Deliver my message before you die." She slipped back into the shadows and seemed to disappear.

|| are you talkin bout me? if you are... you cant really say you actually hit me, an you didnt give him time to defend himself. i understand the following part because she may be suspicious but i said he was a pro so you cant say you can get him so easily. really even if your a pro too they should have at least some sort of struggle. also your basically giving my character a death sentence right here. and last but not least; hes inside his house so even if he seemed to have been following, he really couldnt have. and you should explain how she got in. honestly. oh yes and dark corner? sorry i dont see one and if you werent talking about me... its alright then you pass =D ||

(Um no I just meant a person in general. So relax. If I had meant your person I would have said your person's name. Also I did read your post so I am well aware he was not following and went to his home. Thanks for chewing me out though.)

((Although its funny for me to watch, you two still shouldn't fight.))
Rembrandt sighed and said"One who calls herself a pro shouldn't get angry so easily." He noticed the low ranked stalker back earlier than usual.

((Yeash! Gone for a while and everyone starts jumping at each others throats! blaugh Man... Maybe I should just stay on here forevers))
"Some elves are not as inclined to work with vampires as we are Rembrandt." Kai said, not moving from his position as he awaited the High Mistress' orders. "Some elves still whole grudges about the whole Vampires whipping out elves thing." Kai stated, refering to the mass murdering of elves in an attempt to elbow out the competition by vampires that occured several centuries ago.
