jagged1 you're both still better off than i am. they'd force me to forget it and get help and stuff. if i din't, disowned. i've already come close to that just by refusing to pose for a picture. stare i really don't like my family sometimes... Wow... a picture?

RejectedAndLoved jagged1 *pats Ohkami on the back consolingly* same here.... homosexulaity is not a thing to be accepted in my culture.... so if they ever figure out i like it, i'd be dead. My parents are okay with it if their own child isn't a part of it... and I am... well Bi but still my parents would put me in theropy or give me lectures how I am only going through a phase. Well maybe I am but some support would be nice! Parents... And I`m very sorry your manga got taken AWAY! crying It's the worse thing someone could DO!...okay...not THe WORST but close...
But sometimes when no one else is home... ninja

My sister knows, considering she was the one that got me into yaoi. But i manly like Yu-Yu Hakusho, Gravitation, and others Yaoi.

Lesee...some friends know, others don't. My brother knows and is all 0_0 about it, my mother knows a little and doesn't want to know more, and my father keeps pretty quiet if he does know, so all is good. xd

Most of my friends know, and I think they are all comfortable with it, in fact some of them share in my yaoi craze! blaugh My parents don't know though, I don't think they'd really mind, but it would be weird to talk to them about it...

My family is half and half (my mom is gay so she really doesn't care) and my friends....well I'm the one that got them into it and now they all have my manga and DVDs!!! I'm pretty sure they're ok with it

Kheket Im just wondering.... My mom doesnt know, and we're democrats so we approve of homosexuality. My freind hates it, but doesnt really care. My family doesn't even KNOW about this obsession of mine...my closes friends don't mind if I like yaoi pairings( the others don't like that kind anyway), but we're still on equal terms and are great friends.

If my parents found out I was bi/lesbian (which I'm not either of them, just for the record) They would have a big talk with me, my mom would cry, but they'd eventually be supportive, even if they'd never like it. Now with just likeing yaoi and yuri, with that they'd try to change me. ^^;; My parents are quite weird sometimes... Im bi, my mom meet my ex-girlfriend when i was in 10 grade. she was ok with it as long i wasn't doing anything bad like drugs or in a cult. lol i have a drinking problem, and yamiseto knows it (for all those who know yamiseto in gaia, she a girl and my Gf *blushes*)) as for the yaoi part. my mother is ok as well, she even like the T-shirt i made at school. i got like two design of yugioh yaoi, the first one has bakura is lifting ryou chin, as the boy is naked with a chain chocker in his neck, and around this coupld has random shipping. the second one, is a sort of puzzle, the main couple is jounouchi x seto since in this one seto has joey close in his chest holding a gun. then atop was random pics. im making a third one, where its yami as a werwolf having seto chain up as joey has this badass sword. woot im making it a animal like yaoi. this is why whenaver i crossplay she suggest how to make my costumes and bind my chest as well. its funny ho many think im a boy and then i say, no im a girl actually you can ask my brother. *points minature yugi-sama bro* for the yaoi books, i buy alot due that im a seller at ebay and conventions. my hobbie are making hats and costumes to sell if i have time., (random junky food like pocky and ramune. i sell that too) and all that money helps me for school and my books and for my mother since she works very much. i also sell explicit yaoi, so if your a person to buy some and avoid all those graphic ones. first doujinshi or shonen-ai is soft yaoi, yaoi is hardcore hentai wannabe. and if your not sure ask the dealer to avoid parents who get freak out and say MY GOD WHAT HE DOING TO THAT MAN *points* i know parents can be very authority over their childrens life, but there just thinking whats right for their kids. nothing bad, but if your insecure about you and your parents finding out, well talk to them in a nice way, first start withh a ominous question then from there continue to talk. you never know (note: my parents are divorces wayyy long time ago, so i only have a single parent. so my father doesnt know ^^""))

umm if people asked my veiws I'd support Yaoi 100%, but since I am really quiet, nobody really asks. NO my mom or dad don't know, but my brother is starting to become suspicious. And as for my friends, some know, some don't. *shrugs* It all depends on who visits my myspace account.

My parents only know I support bi- and homosexuality =/ But then again, I might be giving them too much credit. My brother knows I'm a little "off" - but just how off, I doubt he could imagine. All my school friends know and they like it too blaugh
I actually had a StanxKyle [SouthPark] fanart on my binder and this one guy [a homophobe, I might add] started a conversation that went something like this: "Why is that girl licking that guy's chest?" "That's not a girl..." "That's two guys?" "Yeah, Stan and Kyle from South Park." "Why...?" "Coz it's cute o_o now go away."
My mom kinda spazzes when she gets close to the truth, so I think she just lies to herself to make her feel better >>
My old swimteam knew I was gay and supported me, but now since I'm on a new team, I haven't said a thing about it and I don't plan to. I only have a year left with them and I'd prefer not to go through "coming out" again. I don't think any of them are for it anyway >_>;

i prefer being honest and truthful to my self, so i tell anyone if they ask me. its not something i should be ashamed off, and having mostly all my friends, they are either crazy doing stunts, don't care if your gay or something as long youe having fun in our weekend parties. my friend know i like yaoi, my friend francis said she be one to subscribe once i do a doujinshi ((still wroking on one, tho its hard to get the right material)
i draw doujinshi. my teacher knows and says i should go for it, i guess my school was more liberal and respect anyone, we even had a anime club who supposrted yaoi + yuri.

If I ever end up telling my parents, it will probably be in a casual way when I'm older and not living in the house, like if it got brought up I would say something like, "There's homosexual couples I like on different shows, but I don't see why it's such a big deal since it's not real." I suppose it wouldn't be too bad since my sister has already squealed about how cute Marco and his boyfriend are on Degrassi in front of my dad. He just looked at her like, "WTF?" My parents are very conservative, especially my mom, but I think they could live with me liking certain homosexual couples on shows and books. I've already managed to convince my mom that gay marriage should be allowed, which was quite tough. I'm straight, but my sister is starting to feel that she's bisexual, which would be a bigger deal to my parents than me thinking Kaiba and Jounouchi make a good couple. ^^;;
