"Hmph, you certinly are the bossy one aren't you." November put her blade away and tried to calm the child down. She hadn't been around children before so she didn't know how to act with them. His screaming was getting on her nerves though. "Calm down! Crying isn't going to do you any good!"
"Let me go! I want my mom!!" He couldn't escape her grip, he was crying so hard that all his strength escaped him. The boy's hair fell into his eyes as his tears stained his cloths with sorrow.
"Your mother is dead. The sooner you accept that, the better off you'll be." November sighed and looked down at the boy. She blinked and realized she hadn't checked him for any marks. She began pulling his sleeves up, searching for any bite marks that may have been on the child."

knowing he was facing death he spoke out.
"look at me"
he stepped back revealing his cloths. They were noble no doubt but the were worn and faded. His family crest was missing from his outfit it looked to have been ripped off. then he removed his cloke and showed them his back. It was scarred by the hands of another vampire.*
" I left home as a youth i rejected the foul ways on my father and this was my price. I have not feed from a human in ages and i will never feed from one"
putting his shirt down and put his cloke back on. he looked up at the two*
"I am not one of them but kill me if it will ease your mind"

"Your like the girl, i sensed something different about her as well." D stated to himself moreso than he was talking to the Noble. "Keep your word and our paths should not cross again" D said to the male, a light warning to the Noble and nothing more.
He lashed the reins to his steed and went past the two at a slow gallop. He saw no reason to kill the Noble, at least for now, the same applied to the female Noble he had run into earlier. Where the child was concerned he would be safer in the womans hands than in his. Withnothing holding him to the town the hunter moved on. The wind pickedup lightly and played with the hem of the hunters black cloak, as he went on his way without a glance back.

November watched him and grumbled. After the night she had, she knew she had to follow the fellow hunter. There was safety in numbers, and who knew what sort of evil they might run into. With a snap of the reigns she set off after him, darting past the Vampire and leaving him be. If he wished to follow, she wouldn't stop him.
She soon caught up to D's horse and trotted beside him. No words passed from her lips. Good hunters didn't need to speak words. Actions spoke alot clearer than any statement ever could. The child in her arms had tired himself out from all the crying, and had fallen asleep for the time being.

My life still is marked by what i am"
Domone knew that they might kill him. But he felt as if the youth understood his pain.
"i must follow them and pray that they understand."
then he leaped into the air the chill of the night had set in and he needed to move. spreading his cloke as he fell back to the ground. then in an instant the cloke shot out turning into a large pare of bat wings. he flue twisting in the air till he was about 60 feet behind them and 45 feet above them.

)( hehe, thanks Night )( There was a loud yelp from the woods as Gina let go of her grip on the Leaders hand with her teeth. "AGH! WHAT THE HELL!" he yelled as he gripped his bitten hand tightly. Gina drooped her head, hiding her smile as she spit out a peice of skin. she, with all of her strength she had left, swung around and twisted her holders arms, breaking them and making him let go of her. she then disapeared and was in the sky, the shape of a small dark red butterfly as it went under the light of the shining moon. then the Leader, still cursing about "children" thold the others to follow her. he would stay behind. there was something he had to find out about what happened in the village to give the girl more strength than usual

D stayed silent, as the huntress followed him and the noble trailed behind at a safe distance. It wasnt until a few minutes had gone by that D lashed the reins to his steed and raced off at a fast gallop. He didnt want people following him, not with the kind of trouble that usually followed him. It was probably more dangerous to follow this youth than deal with the noble behind them.
Ds cape fanned out and his hair wiped wildly in the wind as he brought his steed up to a full gallop. He quickly put distance between him and the two following him. He wasnt only doing this to get away from the girl and the noble, but to seek out the next town and find work for himself, his resources were running low as it was. And with the girl looking after the boy, D could claim no reward for disposing of the noble that had caused so much destruction in the previous town.

as the butterfly fluttered in the night sky, she could see three shadows on the ground, and she could recognized the one that had saved her before. she could see he was being distant from the other ones behind him, but he still seemed that he was part of them, of their group. the butterfly's thoughts then ran through her head about her savior yet again. only this time, she was curious about the other ones as well. there was a human woman, holding a small boy, and another vampire along with them. as her thoughts were being processed, she could see there was another shadow distantly behind them. then her eyes widened as she knew the shadow was the one she bit before. she wanted to yell at the group to warn them of their follower, but she didnt know why he was following them, and she didnt know if she should let out her hiding spot. just then, one of the Elites appeared beside her, the shape of a bat, and it began to shreik. she could understand what he was saying, and she knew which one he was. he was Merli, the worst tempered one of the group. not good, she thought as she flied faster, but it was too big to be out-flown by a mere bug. he then swung a wing at her, knocking her over. her concentration was disturbed, and she turned to her vampire form, in mid air. she then felt the air right before she began falling to the ground far below her. Merli could have changed his form and helped her, but he watched her with an awkward smile on his face. she landed in the branches of a tree, far in front of the groups of travelers, and then fell from one branch to another, until she finnally hit the ground. she was unconscious by then.

"What the?" November looked up to see the woman falling. "Oh great, now it's raining." She stoped her horse and set the boy down, she'd come back for him. She kicked the horse and snapped the reigns as she sped off towards the falling figure. Her eyes narrowed as she timed it just right.
The white mare lept up into the air and November reached out. She caught hold of the girl, wrapping her arm under her arms and around her body before the horse landed back on the ground. The horse shook it's head from the sudden weight and she slowly led it back to the young boy. Once there, she let the female slip from her hands and helped the boy back onto her horse. Strange that he wasn't crying anymore.
(I didn't know who you were close to. Hope you don't mind)

the night air was cool and the sky was clear the stars shown bright and the moon waxed full it was nights like these that reminded him of his mother and how she died to protect him
*looking forward he saw a woman fall from the tree then the lady on the white horse rush to help her*
He wondered where the lady on the white horse was from what caused her to live as she did. The thoughts in his mind passed through as he passed through a cloud landing 12 feet to the left of the horse and the lady>
"who is that " he ask keeping his distance remembering how close he came to death last time*

D halted his steed as the girl, the Noble girl from before fell from the sky. While the woman, the mortal whose name he didnt know caught the girl with notable skill. D searched the sky with his keen eyes for what had caused the Noble to fall. His eyes tore away from the sky momentarily as the male Vampire who had been following them questioned the mortal on who the girl was. With his gaze going back to the sky D searched it once more before returning his gaze yet again to the group now a few feet ahead of him.
"Turn around. Head back who cares about them anyways?" The disembodied voice urged him, yet D stayed put, for now.

Gina was unmoved by the catching of her body. she was weak, her cheeks even still bruised from the Elite before. she hasnt had blood to drink for a long time, so that contributed to her timing of her "dead sleep". her body was light, but none the less, she seemed like dead weight. Merli realized the situation and then flew off, hoping not to be seen by that curious vampire in the front of the lead. he could see he was armed and he seemed strong, so he wanted to take a closer look at him. he was always up for a fight, but then there was another bat besides him, calling out to him in the animal language. "what is wrong with you???" the leader called out. "now look what you have done! she is in hands of strangers! Master Corten will not be pleased!" he said angrilly. "oh quiet!" Merli shreiked. "she is in the hands of a mortal, and two rebel vampires! they shoudl be an easy kill! the vampire up front seems no need to be around them, the mortal is mere human, mere food, and the other vampire has no future around them! just look at them!" he said as they both reared in closer, trying to follow out an idea to bring back the Mistress. Merli continued gawking in his bat form. "they will be easy targets, although the one up front seems the most challenging." he was hit by a wing. "Merli! pay attention to your mission!" his commander yelled.

Ds keen eyes caught the two fluttering bats high in the sky. They chattered up a storm and seemed to be arguing, which only meant one thing. Ds hand flew to his belt and quickly released two wooden daggers up into the air. The long wooden stakes were aim straight for the bats and closing on them fast.

one bat saw it as the stakes flew towards them. he moved swiftly, barely missing the attack. however the other, more tempered one, was too busy yelling at his "leader" that he was hit without warning. the bat fell to the ground, twitching. the other alive one quickly moved out of sight, still able to see the scene, but kept in the shadows. he made a screech, but it was only heard to the ears he wanted them to go..... Gina then slowly opened her eyes, hearing a distant, faint sound. she looked around, seeing she was being carried. she looked up and saw the human woman before, and then quickly got up and off the horse. she was in the circle of all the veiwers. the two vampires, the humans, and the bat from the distance that she couldnt see. she was wide awake for the moment, filled with shock, but then she felt faint from getting up to quickly, and she was wobbling around, trying to keep balance of her weak body.

November too, looked at the bat before watching one of them fall. It wasn't a good sign. She didn't like this company. Vampire everywhere, and she was helping them. Her astralogical planet must have been completely out of wack. She shook her head and looked at the woman.
"I don't care what's going on, but tell me, do you know who destroyed the village back there?" She pointed over towards the village and looked down at the woman who was weak. "If you can't do that, then just point me in the direction of something I can kill."
Her voice was cold. As she spoke it seemed as if the air just got colder around them. Her eyes narrowed as she looked from the small one, back to the other vampire that she had met before. "You can speak up too if you know the answer."
