Yes, that visit, one that had proven to be most interesting from Lore's point of view, and quite emotionally draining for Elnara. He looked thoughtful, and chuckled a bit glancing at Elnara.
"It'll be an event when we get back," he told her, "Everyone will want to hear."
There was so much emotional and personal investment in this place now, it would be difficult if it was any other way.

Haradhel smiled knowingly. "I'm sure they will," she agreed. "Though I'm sure that your return will be followed shortly by many more visits from those who want to see for themselves - though it's been a long time since Donovan was here for a hunt, too."
"And Mama says I can go along on the next one," Arwen grinned. "Ada's still trying to argue but he never wins arguments with Mama."

Elnara laughed heartily at that comment. "So I've heard!" she giggled. "Arahad apparently told Nako something of the sort when you all arrived in the Southland."
Though she had actually heard about it from Tinuviel ... though her niece always enjoyed telling a good story, or sharing a good laugh.

There was a twinkle in Lore's eye and he wondered if he should warn Donovan about Arwen coming along. Not that he didn't believe she could handle it, but he had found Donovan... and Laus in general like to know what was going on.
"It has been a long while, though to be honest the past few months back home have been the most unusual, active and ever changing. So many of the children you noticed from the wedding have grown... and some have had children on their own."
That enough was to make normal people's head reel, but Lore had become desenstized to the unsual and ever changing nature of the family.
"And as for your father," Lore chuckled at Arwen, "He will... see that you are old enough to go."
Probably he was just feeling, Lore thought silently as many fathers did, Arwen wasn't a little girl anymore and that was enough to give anyone a double take with their own children.

Haradhel grinned. "I can't wait to meet the new ones," she murmured wistfully. "Every time someone visits your family has grown ... it's impossible to know everyone."
Arwen laughed. "Well that's what makes it fun, you have to admit," she pointed out, her eyes sparkling mischievously. She turned to Lore and Elnara. "Shall I take you to where you'll be staying? Or do you want to stay here for a bit first? Might as well get rid of your bags at least," she added. "I can take them for you if you'd like."

Elnara turned to Lore and smiled sheepishly. "Um ..." she murmured, not really knowing what she wanted to do. "Lore?"
She would let him decide.

That was a good quesiton, Lore thought about it looking at Elnara. Curiousity compelled him to go to the place they were going to be staying. Normally he would hold his curiousity in check, but when given a chance to go.
"Perhaps we will go to where we'll be staying, though I guess in this guess we should be going to see Ulani and Ulrich," Lore chuckled a bit, since it was those two who had planned whatever it was they were planning.

"I'll take you!" Arwen volunteered eagerly, jumping to her feet once more. "They've been waiting just as eagerly as us for you to get here! They've had it ready for a long time, stocked and everything!"
"When will you be coming back, Arwen?" Haradhel asked her daughter curiously.
"By dinner," Arwen grinned. "Unless Adanedhel's off somewhere, then I'll be back right away."
She turned back to Lore and Elnara. "Come on!" she urged them. "Let's go!"

Elnara had to admit that her niece's enthusiasm was contagious, and she picked up her bag and slung it once more over her shoulder, then stood and looked to Lore.
"Ready for this?" she grinned at him, meaning anything that might lie ahead, wherever they were going to be taken.

Lore laughed a bit as he got up hugging Elnara close.
"Honestly... I have no clue," he admitted before picking up his own bag.
He was giddy inside, though he chalked it up knowing he was going to be spending time alone with Elnara. After all there was nothing better than knowing you were going to spend time with someone you love.
Well that and Arwen made him awfully curious.

Arwen's eyes sparkled brightly, and she headed for the hall, beckoning for them to follow her. "Come on!" she urged them. "Come on, it's really neat!"
And then she was gone, out of sight, already at the door.

Elnara hugged Lore back, laughing.
"We'd better hurry," she grinned, "before Arwen leaves us behind!"
Not that that was necessarily a bad thing. After all, they did know the way to the valley, and it would be nice to walk together, alone ... still, their niece wanted to lead them, so it would be a shame to disappoint her.

"I'm sure she wouldn't," Lore replied though he took her hand anyways and led the way out of the ranch house.
Calling out a good bye to Haradhel and Arahad as he did so. He couldn't forget about them after all.
"I think," Lore added as they exited the house that Arwen is eager to be there when we see wahtever the surprise is."

"Well, she is always on the go," Elnara reminded Lore with a giggle, taking his hand willingly, "so it could just be one of those times when she just wants to keep going rather than sit still for any amount of time."
She tilted her head thoughtfully, her smile growing mischievous. "I wonder if she'll ever settle down the way Aliya did," she murmured. "You remember how Aliya used to be ... and now look at her. No different than her mother."

Lore chuckled, he did recall Aliya well, seeing was it had first disorented him to realize that the baby he had seen once was now a young woman... now a young woman married... and later a young woman married with children.
"True," Lore murmured with a chuckle, "If... when it does happen, I either want to be there or hear the stories, because I doubt it would be something anyone would want to miss."
Purely out of enterainment value, at least he was sure that is what Yuki would say.
