Scorplett creeps into the hallway, clinging to the dark and shadow, an even darker shadow perched atop her shoulder... Peering round doorways, assessing the chaos... Waiting... Waiting... Waiting

Tagra Nar was seated in his room on a mat, legs crossed and eyes closed. Candles burned around the room, each one set at a different height in the wall.

The Sigil follows the Sword follows the Star follows... the Monkey?

His eyes snap open, his awake self looking about in bewilderment at having been awoken.

"There are monkeys in the Church?"

The music now comes to him, his ears seemingly lagging behind the rest of his body. He stands and exits the room, to be met with utter chaos. A monkey to his upper right cocks back an arm, ready to fling... something, when he points a single index finger at the creature, a flame already forming at the tip.

"Don't you dare."

Suddenly things go dark, and Tagra loses focus, loosing the simple flame spell he had conjured at the wall, leaving a black singe mark on the stone. His hands flail up to his head in an attempt to get the furry thing off him.

Pirate let out a loud, long sigh, stopping for a moment just a short distance from the church. She leaned against the tall, heavy crate of tea leaves she had been pushing toward the church, when she overhead irritating music that she could have sworn her mother used to rock out to, and the cries of what sounded like monkeys and the occasional human being. She took one last look at the crate before curiously departing it and tiptoeing on to church property.

Upon entering the church, she can only tilt her head and stare stupidly at the unbelievable situation that had over taken the church.

She looked down at her own shadow and noticed a larger blurry shadow around it, growing sharper and sharper. At the very last second, she realized that such a shadow meant something was dropping down on her, and she held her clipboard above her head to shield herself. She withdrew her clipboard and stared at the odd stain on the 8.5" x 11" printed receipt that she was supposed to get signed by church officials and returned to her boss. Her eyes grew large.

"HEY!" Pirate shouted up at whatever dropped... something on the receipt. "THAT'LL SOAK THROUGH THE CARBON COPY YOU DAMNED DIRTY uh... MONKEY THING!!!"

Seeing a fellow spellcaster, Mory wanders in Tagra's direction.

"Mr. Tagraaa? Mr. Tagra! Do you know any magic that works on monkeys? I think this one thinks I'm its mother, and I'm very tired, so I just want to find its real mother so I can go back to bed..."

She has to stop several times to push one strap of her nightgown back onto her shoulder. It would seem the thing would fall right off, given the chance, and the monkey baby pulling on her hem doesn't help much in that regard.

Deoridhe peeks her head out of her room, ducking just in time to avoid being hit in the face by .....something. She's not so lucky a moment later, when something pink catches onto her halo as she tries to stand up and see what's going on.

Nearby, a Monkey is busily acting out some scene with a knife that is weirdly floating in the air. Blinking, visibly confused, Deoridhe tries to figure out what's going on without much success.

The only thing worse that bubble gum coated, poo flinging monkeys distracted by bananas- are bored bubble gum coated poo flinging monkeys!

With the appearance of people to play with, the previously distracted monkeys set forth to have fun with the others!
