I didn't arrest him because he's a meta-human, I arrested him because he's an unregistered one. You registered, Paragon registered, every superhero needs to be registered so if they go rogue and start killing people, they're easier to find says Fixx.

Zero's jaw dropped "How the hell did you know I was here, much less what the hell I was thinking?" Zero was shocked, but then again he had been caught off guard and he wasn't exactly hunting anything. Zero dropped down and looked around. "Know any hotspots?" Zero's voice was calm and collected now. Zero was now flipping a blessed titanium stake through his fingers. He had an interesting smirk on his face and a determined look in his eyes. For the most part however he made himself quite unreadable, which the less that Fixx knew about what he was doing exactly the happier Zero would be here.

Psychic interceptor, Elite Agent standard issue says Fixx, tapping his headset, which looked like just about the most technologically advanced thing ever.
Don't worry about Jackie Boy, we're gonna cut him a deal. As for Hotspots, I've heard a few rumors about Madam Sorceress's little henchman 'Spyke'..... some insane guy with plant control powers.... on top of being a murderer, word has it he's working on herbalising some way to protect vampires from their natural weakness.....he's been spotted around the city so keep your eyes peeled........and by the way....I don't care what you do to bloodsuckers, but this guy falls under my jurisdiction, so he's wanted ALIVE......don't wanna go getting your license revoked says Fixx.

Zero laughs "Oh don't worry you'll get him alive...barely, I'll get the information I need and I'll be on my way with him left to you." Zero goes to turn but stops "Oh just one more thing, you've got high blood pressure...just thought I'd let you know." Zero then turns and begins to walk away into a near by ally. His hand were behind his head relaxed as he walked.

You had my job, you'd be lucky if youi had JUST high blood pressure... says Fixx as he hops on his motorcycle and drives off.
*exits*
Spyke works on his rooftop laboratory, mixing all manner of organic chemicals together as he appears to be carrying on a conversation with a pigeon.

Zero walks for a while then smells something different. He then climbs up the ladder well, as quiet as one could be and sat on the edge of the building. "Well hello there, how are we this wonderful day" Zero's eyes were hidden behind his glasses and his fangs hidden as well. Zero was tapping his fingers in a melody form on his thigh. Zero had a smirk on his face that would make one think that he was just a normal guy.

Spyke backflips over his chair and quickly points a spiked hand at Zero.

Zero chuckles a little "My friend do I honestly look like an ant eater to you? Come now, be a little more creative than that." Zero's smirk was getting a little more evil as he looks at Spyke. He didn't even concern himself with the threat of it, just kept his eyes locked onto Spyke's.
