A boy around the age of 6 awoke in the middle of a crowded street not knowing who he was or where he came from, all he could remember was a beautiful woman dressed in black robes and a strange creature chasing him but the memory was foggy and he tried to determine whether or not it was a dream...
"excuse me little boy, are you lost?" The boy jumped up and spun around looking for the person who had spoken to him, hoping to see the woman that had saved him, but only found an attractive teenage girl leaning over him.
"well i think so, where am I?" he replied quietly.
"well if you don't even know where you are then you must be lost, hi my name is Haruka, and this is the Rukon District." she began looking at something over the boys head "so whats your name anyway?"
"my name?" He began to scratch his head deep in thought "well i cant remember anything really except..." he replayed as much of the memory of the woman as he could, he introduced himself to her as Leiko Kana so the boy guessed that must be his name "my name is Leiko Kana, i think."
The girl looked back down at him "Leiko huh well you don't seem too sure about that" the girl mused "well have you got anywhere to stay Lee"
Leiko looked around and then back at the girl, "no, and my name is Leiko not Lee"
"well i prefer Lee, so i guess you can come home with me but you gotta be nice to my mum because my brother only left a few days ago to go to the shinigami academy and i don't think she will appreciate a strange kid being rude to her" the girl chuckled and offered her hand to Leiko.
"I'm sorry but what is the shinigami academy?" Leiko felt very odd taking her hand as she led the way to what he could only hope was her house.
"you don't know anything do you well the shinigami are people who kill hollow and help people like us move from the living world to the afterlife" she said it as if quoting someone and trying to get it word for word.
"wow you know a lot about them" he said very surprised.
"ye my brother always wanted to be one, i bet he is top of the class right now" she started to grin and look off in the distance....
A grown up Leiko Kana woke from his bead covered in sweat after reliving the nightmare of his first real memory with his friend Haruka. "no she shouldn't of died i should of saved her no one deserves to die like that!"

Goals: Be Vice or Captain of this squad, to follow in his sisters footsteps.
Role Play Sample: As Mitsunari held his zanpakuto in its sheath, he bent forward, and made for an offensive attack strike position. Three Hollows sprawled out before him cackled and snickered at the sight of a foolish new shinigami. Mitsunari's head fell forward and his bangs covered the eye holes of his mask for a split second. In an instant, he lunged forward and cut the three Hollows in half. He swiped his blade through the air to get the remains loose. He gained no smirk for it is not in his character, but he did feel a sense of pride, as if he stuck first, and struck hard. Just as his squad desired.

Goals: To become all he can be, or at least match the skill level of the Shinigami that twice saved him.
Role Play Sample: "Third Squad, Fifth Seat Hartz Aiza." Eli was once again in research mode. He was attempting to learn more about the Shinigami who sent him to Soul Society. He had not gotten the chance to thank him. There had been no leads, so Eli figured the Academy library would have records of each squad's seated officers. "Do you have any records of him?"
"Aiza," parroted the clerk. "Yes, we do. Hartz Aiza-san was reported as killed in action just last week."
"Killed?" Eli bowed his head slightly. He couldn't believe the words he just heard. The man in question saved him from Hollows, twice. His death seemed impossible. Nevertheless, he knew the clerk was telling the truth. "I see," he said finally. "Thank you for looking into it." With that, the Shinigami-in-training left the library, heading for his room. The day's lessons were especially tiring.

But if I had one:
I would be able to manipulate and create illusions and hypnosis. This devours the mind of all of its physical abilities. Ex: Motornerves, and Sensorynerves. It can also create figures of any type that I want. That is the illusion part of my shikai.
Kidos Obtained: Simple techniques.
Goals: Become stronger than everyone else. That means intelligent too. Not just some animalistic personality.
Role Play Sample: * Souken walks up to his opponent sheathing his sword. As he slowly whisper silent words to himself. "Copy, Dihime". His sword begins to glow bright white, then after a while it turns back into its normal self. Waving his hand infront of him. After that a copy of him appears to his right, flash-stepping behind his opponent. Stabbing the sword right into his gut puncturing it. Sheathing back his sword as he walks away, his opponent falling onto the ground bleeding* [ It would'nt be so easily for me to kill someone, unless their some noob.]

Side Note: His Shikai and Bankai abilities are not fully in use, those abilities will be activated through training and experience. So to make it the Zanpakutou-to more or less fitted for my character's position or not, are kido type attacks are the standard level only. So his Shikai is only 25% active.
Limited movement is a self-developed fighting style, which mixes kidō with sword-to-sword combat, which uses kidō to release a small amount of reiatsu on pressure points, and on the joints of the bones, which can lower, or potentially disable the limb that is struck. High level kidō abilities are required as long a mid-high level swordplay, this is because with kidō he can well control his reiatsu, and at most strikes, a release of reiatsu from a strong point, which is determined by figure, and movements of his opponent, to hit in weak points of the body. This is somewhat similar to Yoruichi Shihōin's shunkō, where reiatsu is released from the limbs and torso, only in this technique the energy is transfered from the upper body to the non-attacking hand, as well as the sword itself.
This ability is an extremely high level technique, and takes over a thousand years to fully master. Currently he can only do so much with it, he can only use lower level kido with it.
Unreleased Form:

The unreleased form of Kuroi Denkou takes the form of a pure gold blade, enfused with the reiatsu-stealing sekkiseki stone through chemical reactions in the Department of Technology and Research of Sereitei. The hilt is deep black, with diamonds down the hilt of a shining yellow, and the seal of the hilt is a black stone holding a yellow diamond at the bottom, with symbol embeded in the middle, with the word Denkou, which is embeded in black, symbolizing Kuroi Denkou, or "Black Lightning". The sword is meant for one-hand defense and attack style, as the unreleased form is used for the Limited Movement technique. The sekkiseki stone in the blade can be absorbed by the user with Limited Movement technique, though it can't absorb high levels of reiatsu at once, taking barely over .01% of the opponents original reiatsu, otherwise the body will overload, and strain the muscles until they are crushed to nothing.
Shikai Release:
Release Command: Black Clouds Engulf the Sky, Lightning Strike, Twin Black Lightning (Needs Translation)
Length: 167.6 cm (5 1/2 ft)

Lightning strikes the hands and creates a double sided blade in his hands, with the hilt in the middle of the two blades. The blades are a captivating black, with a design of lightning bolt going through the center, created by pure gold. The black of the blade is half awoken sekkiseki, which can absorb large amount of the opponent if it draws blood and the fragments are released into the blood stream. The style used for shikai is similar a combination of the twirling style of the hilt by Hollow Zangetsu, and the Shikai of Shiba Kaien, where it is twirled on the hilt of the pole. The hilt of the blade is a golden silk, with white leather-like clothe on the area held and twirled by the user of the Zanpakutou-to.
Shikai Abilities:
Fa-suto Dansu: Nenten Denkou - 最初ダンス: 歪んだ電光 - First Dance: Twisted Lightning - The double-edge sword is spun on the hilt above the head creating a lightning pulsation above the head to the floor, kidō is used to control the direction of the lightning, this move is very well coupled with Bakudou 75: Gochuu Tekan, which binds the opponent to a single place, holding the limbs of the opponent completely still leaving them as a sitting duck for Fa-suto Dansu: Nenten Denkou to strike through their hearts, this technique is extremely fast, but if it misses, then opponent has a chance to attack, it is advised that he fully has a strong restraint Bakudou or the opponent cornered before using it.
The flaw with this is that it is a one strike attack, once used he has to wait until he regains his strength to use it again. Currently he cannot use this attack because of his low level of reiatsu.
Niban Dansu: Sa-ti-Kaizoe Boufuu - 二番目にダンス: 第32嵐 - Second Dance: Thirty-Second Storm - A thirty second extreme release of reiatsu, which nearly doubles the speed and allows all Bakudou of any level but having knowledge and training of those Bakudou. The blade possess over 1000 watts of electricity, if struck, it could temporarily immobolize the opponent. If the opponent is able to evade his attacks for the thirty seconds, however, Senkou's original movements are lowered by 20%, but the watts of the blades remains and decreases by 100 watts every 30 seconds, as a strong defense to balance out the loss of speed. This is generally a finisher, as the consequence of this could lose the battle for him.
Ketteiteki Dansu: Shikkyaku Kuroi Denkou - 最終的なダンス: 落ちる黒い電光 - Final Dance: Falling Black Lightning - Storm clouds gather above the fight, covering over five square miles. A pure black lightning bolt comes down on top of Senkou, cratering the ground, the lightning brings Senkou on to the clouds, where he control wherever it strikes. The final dance requires 100 years to truly master the movements on the cloud, though they strangely resemble Shiba Kaien's dancing movements on the Shikai form. The lightning falls from the sky striking areas with high reiatsu concentration, paralyzing the opponent, and cutting them as if the blade itself was slashing at the limbs. This move takes over 75% of his reiatsu at once, and lasts for ten minutes to the second, meaning that he would have to make sure the opponent is fully disable from combat.
Bankai - Dageki ato Ikusen Kuroi Denkou - 千の黒い電光の殴打 - Strike of a Thousand Black Lightning
The Bankai of Kuroi Denkou is activated by a single chant of Dageki ato Ikusen Kuroi Denkou, and throwing the Zanpukutou-to while in Shikai into the air simultaniously. When at its peak, it will implode creating black storm clouds throughout the world. A single strike of lightning will fall upon the user of pure reiatsu, which has been absorbed by the blades sekkiseki stone, and is released into Senkou. With no blade speed sharply increases. This bankai exerts lightning like reiatsu similar to shunkō, and has similar effects, such as sharp increases of speed, lightning like reiatsu on the torso, though in the bankai of Kuroi Denkou it is in his arms in legs, allowing the user to increase their speed of attack nearly ten fold. At each strike, one thousand lightning strikes fall upon the exact area that the hit occured, moving at the speed of light. The Bankai has all of the abilities of Shikai release. The increased speed allows ySenkou to abuse the Limited Movement form to the fullest extent, with reiatsu contained in both hands, and highly increased movements, the disconnecting of limbs through joints and pressure points becomes twice as easy. He has only exactly fifteen minutes in Bankai before his limites are reached and he cannot continue.
Kidos Obtained:
The standard level Kido attacks. Those that are required to be able to graduate from the academy.
Goals:
Currently, his goal is fully master his Shikai then move on to achieve Bankai, eventaully his long term goal is to become a Captain and one day lead a Division of his own. If not, then he would want to go solo.
Role Play Sample:
Raito watched as his Captain came from the room, he watched as the different people did aswell. What was this meeting about exactly that it required them to be in a secluded realm. Raito did not know, but he knew that he would serve his Captain to the best of his ability. How far he would go, was uncertain. With the two blades he possessed; he would continue to fight no matter what. Following his Captain he entered the portal, afterwards he shunpo'd quickly keeping up with his Captain. He appeared a few seconds after his Captain and stopped and listen to the man's words. This Captain, for certain, was different from the others. He had a certain way about going after things, his sword strong and mighty.
He entered after his Captain did but felt a couple of strong reiatsu readings in the area. It felt like the Captains from earlier, but with a couple other strong reiatsu. It was a reiatsu that was placed on a Captain's level. Who were these people. He looked back towards his Captain and then heard voices. He turned and looked towards the entering Shinigami. The first was stronger then the others, he possessed three two Zanpakutou-to and one daisho Zanpakutou-to pair. He then looked towards the next that entered, he possessed two Zanpakutou-to like himself but with a stronger presence. Then entered one more and then a Captain, the other man that left held four Zanpakutou-to. What was going on... He stepped back to the side of his Captain and stood straight listening to the conversation.
He only stood trying his best not to fall from Heise presence. It wasn't the others, it was Heise specificly. His reiatsu release was so little but it had so much to it at the moment. He started to breathe heavily as the reiatsu started to crush his own, he decided that he would quietly raise his own to match Heise's just for this time period. He was fine now, he looked towards Yuu as he spoke. He noticed that his Captain was looking for more, but the question is why is the Hollow's classes starting to rise to menos. It seemed that this man was holding was holding the truth to himself. But he didn't want to waste his time on trying to figure it out. He felt a powerful reiatsu coming from the Fourth Division. He ignored it, it was too small to be a actual fight, it was more or less a training exercise. Returning his attention towards Yuu. Then his Captain spoke, it was clear, Jinyao wanted a reason to place blame on Heise's group. Even with that, it seemed his true purpose was being able to kill Heise without declaring war on him, if that made sense.
Raito stood there with two Zanpakutou-tos in his sash, his lieutenant badge on his arm. His cyan eyes examined Yuu, he along with his Captain awaited the reply. Everything seemed off to Raito, he had just joined the Gotei Thirteen just recently becoming a lieutenant. Everything still hadn't become clear to him.
