Lilly was relieved, and it showed. She thought really hard, the way she was able to contact her sister normally--Addy called it thinking loudly--and tried to let her sister know about the situation.

Addy sat up, the nurse was looking the other way. "I feel better," she said. It was the truth, since she had really felt better ever since leaving the large group of people, but it helped that she'd spent the last several minutes constructing a mental barrier. It was crude, and probably wouldn't last against another sudden outburst, but it would be fine to keep her sane for the rest of the day.

When Addy finally emerged from the nurse's office, Lilly waved her over. Seeing that her sister was fine, she nodded to the other two and the four headed outside to join their class, discovering that the event had indeed prompted a short recess break.

As her other students returned, Ms. Morasec ran over to them and after taking her own turn to make sure Addy was alright and hearing the news from the principle she shooed the children off to play. This recess wasn't so much for the kids as it was for herself. What on earth had she gotten herself into now?

((Can end here, if you want, or can continue... I don't care which.))
