Air = Intellect
Water = Emotion
Fire = Energy
Earth = Matter
although its kinda irresponsible to sum them up in one word

Nightbound Air = Intellect Water = Intuition Fire = Energy Earth = Matter although its kinda irresponsible to sum them up in one word Intuition for Water but yeah ^^ Lack of Air means you find it hard to communicate properly Too much air means you have lots of nervous energy and you exhaust yourself ect. Right amount of air- you can communicate properly and well Lack of Water means you lack empathy (does not mean you wouldn't try and help people just not understand it well) for others and yourself. Lack of creativity and such too. Too much water means you can become overwhelmed with emotions and lack common sense going only on instinct. Right amount of water- you have enough depth and understanding of others. Lack of Fire means you will have less inspiration or energy and may feel quite cold alot of the time. Too much Fire means you will be angry and aggressive, probably too spontaneous with no direction you know you're going. Right amount of fire- you are usually creative and full of energy and inspiration. Lack of Earth means that you will have also lack of common sense and no grasp of the real world. Also you will feel full of toxins and no sense of ground. Too much Earth means that you will feel stiff and lack flexability in yourself. Right amount of Earth- you are usually productive and have lots of common sense. ^^ helps?

(i know this isnt to me but.) check astrotheme.com then go to elements or something in the left hand corner type in your birth info then it will divide em all up in percentages 25% 25% 25% 25% could be considered "ideal" i have about 33% of each except fire where i have 0% they put weight on certain aspects... like your ascendant contributes more percentage then say.. your neptune as does your moon/sun contribute more than other planets mercury seems to contribute quite a bit
