Paradox had moved out early in the morning to see to reports of camp fires, and was entering the area that they were reported to be. Several soldiers followed the General.
In an uknown room, and in an invisible box, a ruby hilted sword laid. It was completely dead, and was just begining to show signs of decay. The ruby glowed dimly. The light traveled through the box, but was invisible to the eye. Instead, it reflected off the mirrors, becoming seeable only then, like a hellish reflection.

By the time Paradox had come with his men they would find a camp ground that had been used the night before. A rather large one around a 100 men had to hvae been there with horses as well.
A coupld of servants would see a red glow by mirrors but once they looked back it was gone.

The general let the men disperse to find a trail of passage. The problem with big parties was that they left a sizable trail wherever they went. He stood in the middle of the campground. It would have been diffcult for them to travel directly towards the castle without being spotted earlier, too.

Three trails would be spotted where the men went in different directions. All of them headed towards the capital but it looked like they broke up into smaller groups not chargeing in at once. No one had reported a large group of men comeing into the capital only the usual traffic it seemed.

Kaleb had awoken, but he wasn't quite ready to go out on his own. Gabriel took her cloak and wrapped it around him for warmth. Confident that there was no one else in the tunnels, she made her way to the castle. He clung tightly to her hand, never letting go. Instead of just walking up and opening the door, she knocked 3 times.

Sekain nodded "agreed, and he seems threatened by me for some reason, I'm unsure if he will be by the sidiion so you could try it. But I will leave my essence around the castle so my presence will still be strongly felt here, I can consult a way to exorcise him if you so wish." Sekain suggested.

The general sighed. "Were going to have to split up for this." paradox told the soldiers. He took five with him, and sent the rest down the two other paths. They would follow them all the way to the capital if neccasary.

"I'm not sure, maybe its more that shes not alone that he fled or being spotted maybe? I shall go and seek council I will keep watch over you both, meanwhile do not go anywhere alone, you are strongest together"
