"... So what would you rather be called then?" Xi didn't think badly at him at all, he just didn't understand what the problem was, he wasn't going to push the issue, he wasn't like that.
"Yes, well, what do you prefer to eat? I don't know what kind of luck we'll have with big game..."

A large smile crossed across Susan's face as he was given the option of what he would like to be called. He'd always like his last name... Anthony. But then again, Xi had just said that he still thought his first name was good too. This could possibly take a while. He shook his head for a moment as he thought about what would be good to eat. Or atleast... what he would be able to catch. Fish came back into his head. "well... you know..." he said, fidgeting slightly because he knew some people didn't like fish. "there's a stream a little bit away... it's filled to the brim with fish..." he looked down slightly as he thought a bit more about his name. "do you really like my name?" he let out... a short, little mumbled whisper.

"It's your name right? I like it." At least honestly came easily enough for Xiang, he nodded, "Ah~ You know, I do enjoy fish, though I'm not so keen on actually, catching it." Xiang frowned a little, he wasn't afraid of water, it was just something he didn't like being in, getting wet, was not his thing.

Susan smiled brightly, someone that liked his name... and who couldn't fish. Susan, on the other hand, was great at catching fish. That was one of the few things he rarely messed up. He laughed happily and pranced around a bit. He got a cocky look on his face and raised an eyebrow to Xi. "well luckily for you, i can catch fish like a proffessional." He giggled happily and started walking off towards the river.

"Indeed?" Xi watched him prance, this could be, interesting. "I would be in your debt, Su~" And followed after him.

Susan stopped suddenly. A confused look on his face. He looked over his shoulder and at Xi. "wait a minute... what did you just call me?" He wasn't sure if he'd heard right... but he did know that he liked the nickname... quite a bit actually.

"Su. Is that alright? I could go back to calling you 'kiddo'." Xiang had kept walking, so he grinned as he passed Susan, heading out of the woods.

Susan pouted at having been left behind. He let out an indignant huff of air and followed after Xi, he felt like tackling Xi to the ground... not out of ange, just to get him to stop thinking of Xi as a kid. "I'm not a kid.. so i don't want to be thought of as one..."

Susan huffed one more time but decided that that was as good as it was going to get. This didn't stop him from pouting though... not one bit. He quickly led the way to the stream, his tail swishing in a mixutre of agitation and anticipation. When he finally got to it, he stopped, sat, turned his head ans smiled. "stand back if you dont want to get wet."

Xi held in his chuckles as he was lead the way to the stream, he settled himself just close enough to the river to watch, but stay dry in doing so. "Show me your skills then, maybe I can learn a thing or two~"

Susan let out a haughty laugh as he trotted up to the stream. He looked into it and saw a large number of fish swimming against the current. He looked over his shoulder and smiled, his ego growing by the minute. "watch a master at work!" with that he went into the water and tried swiping at a fish like he'd done so many times before, but instead, he ended up STEPPING on a fish, slipping, and plummeting into the freezing cold water, completely missing his swipe, and splashing the water as he went face first into the stream.

"Interesting technique..." Xi shifted back to avoid the splash, and cocked an eyebrow, wondering at his previous boasting, he didn't seem the type to be even -able- to lie... so what was this? Maybe there had been more than weak branches that had led to his fall earlier...
"You sure you're alright there, SU?"

Susan surfaced for air a few seconds later with a smug look on his face, and a fish in his mouth. He trotted over to Xi, soaking wet and victorious, and plopped the flopping fish down at Xi's feet. "yes i'm fine... that was just a... er... um... 'practice run'"

Xiang smiled, "I'm quite impressed, dinner and a show~" He leaned his head down and snatched up the flopping fish, biting it hard, until it was still, "Would you like to share it, or it here a second act?"
