i saw a place and there is one about 15 or 20 miles away except its a anime club

I went to one in May of this year. It was a two hour drive but it was worth it. Me and my friends stayed there all weekend.
It was epic! X3

I live in the LA area so I've only been to Anime Expo so far. I know there's Anime LA and Sakura Con here too but I haven't been to those yet.

I was going to go to Anime LA next month, but I couldn't get the money in time. crying So I'm just saving that money for my bro and I to go to AX in July. It'll be my 2nd time going. And his first. I think it'll be a nice birthday gift for my bro since his b day is around those dates. biggrin

Yeah I've been to A-kon 16 and 20 in Dallas (there's a four year gap there lol) I've even met Vic. Mignogna xD

The only actors I met at AX were the actor who played the Blue Ranger in Power Rangers Turbo, and Kel Mitchell.
