I've tried Steam but it wouldn't work.

I wasn't aware they sold TF2 by itself outside of steam. I'm still not aware of it.

Yeah. Pick up the CD at your local Eb Games for $20. It downloads much faster.

Portal and the Hallf-Life episodes are also available separately in stores as well. I will point out that the Orange Box is still a better deal if you are anywhere close to buying Portal, too.

I will be forced to buy this Orange Box for the 360 if my computer fails to increase it's CPU speed.
