When I dress, I'm usually the typical all black, not very noticeable goth in the corner.
But I love Victorian (or EGA- Elegant Gothic Aristocrat). It has that mysterious air to it that draws you in. Same with Elegant Gothic Lolita.
And traditional Gothic Lolita is so cute!

egl.
though i very seldom wear it
because i own, like one dress.
i tend to dress more punkish at school--
band teeshirts, skinny jeans, and occasionally
i spike my hair. it's short enough so that i can
put it into a faux-hawk, and i like that.
but i love egl above all.

Most of what I own would fall into the Victorian/Steampunk category, tho currently I'm a bit obsessed with Gothic Lolita (working on amassing an enitire Lolita wardrobe, but I sew so slowly.)

You could try learning to make them by hand. Thats what I'm trying to do but my sewing machine gets angry at me and decides to not work frequently.

Depends on the party...
Batcave, victorian, cyber, ebm... On medival "partys" or markets i wear selfmade medival dresses about 1500...
Everyday outfits are simply black, sometimes dark red, green or pink.

I used to love the romantic and Victorian style, but now I somehow feel the need to appear less "feminine" and more "tough" razz
So from blouses and skirts I moved to pants and t-shirts or simple button shirts.
My all time favorite color is black; my preferences for other colors changes all the time... I like blue, red, orange, green, sometimes purple.
Recently I've gotten to like the cyber look but I don't have any items that would fit the style.

well i would go for Corset kind of things..dark dresses, combat boots, studded collars and belts, i wear those kind of things and i usually get dress coded sweatdrop

My style is mostly Victorian/Cyber/Industrial/Steampunk but on a rare occasion it is Lolita.
