愛する者よ死に候え

I thought that would mean something like "those who love die waiting"?

Don't quote me on that, I hardly know any Japanese, I'm just guessing by the Kanji.

愛 = Love
者 = Person / Someone (Not sure how to translate that)
死 = Die
候 = Wait

Edit: I asked my friend, and he said:
1: The grammar doesn't seem right. "愛する者" = "Person I love", but usually 人 is used instead of 者.
2: 候え doesn't mean anything, but it could be an older dialect. Is this an adage or something like that?

You need a Japanese input program. For example, NJ Star CJK Word Processor allows you to type Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.

If you're using Windows XP, you can also get Japanese input by going to Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Languages > Details > Add > choose Japanese in the drop down box.

I'm not sure if this works because something is wrong with my language bar and it doesn't work properly.

isn't 1 in japanese "ichi" i thought it was ichi....some guy came into our class doing a harrassment presentation and he was going to perform a skit so he wanted us to go "1,2,3 ACTION" in Japanese....so he decided to teach us but he said "1" was ich, like as in "itch", he sure is crazy xp
When counting in Tokyo, the mostly say "ich, ni, san, shi.." and don't pronounce it "ichi". rofl
The different ways to count really drive me crazy. I mean, why do you need different ways to count objects because they are shaped differently? Well, it enriches the language, no doubt - but it's so odd... I admit the fact I don't really remember all of those counting rules so well...

お元気ですか(how are you) and みんなが好き(I love you all) is what you meant I /think/... I'm not totally sure on the last sentence. But I'm pretty sure... sweatdrop
