I thought the Shroobs from Mario n' Luigi PIT were the most disorganized bunch of villains the Mario heroes ever had to face

I think Zant from TP was a pretty big let-down, but his battle was still fun.

not nintendo, but Scorpion King from Mummy Returns. crappy game, i know, but he was LITERALLY impossible!!!
then there's Phantasy Star Online. De Ro Le, the caves boss, is ANNOYING the first time you fight him. he's SOOOO hard to hit.
and in Chaos Field, the entire game is bullet curtain boss fights. it's INSANE!!!
lame boss, meaning easy beyond belief, (fill in this blank with ANY Super Mario Sunshine Boss)
