Nami laughed calmly, unphased by his threat "an outcast I may be, but a traitor I'm not. and I'm good at acting.. I've had loads of practice in other villages and meeting strangers out in the desert whenever i wanted to be alone." she then smirked "you'll find that I'm more resourceful than you believe... so when do we begin?" she asked with a mischievious grin as her true colors began to show.
Atem nodded "yes but so do they and magic isn't always the option and doesn't always help... especially in Bakura's terms."I'd advise that you watch your back out in the city.... he can come from anywhere or so it would seem." he said with a soft smile.

Bakura smirked, enjoying this. She wasnt like the other scared girls. She would be of great use to him. "We begin when I feel you are trust worthy..." He said again. Maybe she was more of an actress, he couldnt just trust her word, he had to test her. He sat back down and sipped his wine.
"Bakura? I've heard of him..." She said before taking another bite of her food. "I'll be ok." She said confidently. "I'm sure you can beat him easy."

Nami nodded "ok." she then closed her eyes and began to relax. her skin was unlike most Egyptians.... she looked like porcelain, fragile and easy to break. however, anyone smart enough would realize otherwise. the lighting played off of her marking, making it seem like a dark gold.
she began to hum a melody quietly to herself. it was peaceful but somewhat sad.
Atem chuckled "yes I will defeat him, it's just a matter of time..... he's slippery like an eel." he continued to eat calmly.

Bakura was quite bothered by her refusing him earlier but now he wasnt quite in the mood for sex. He wanted to think about a plan to bring down the Pharaoh. he couldnt just kill him, no that was far too easy and merciful. He turned his chair and propped his feet up on the table, sipping his wine again. "This is your revenge too my pet, any ideas?"
Akila finished her food. "Pharaoh, do you get to leave the palace a lot? Do you know of any fun places. I love to explore durring our travels." She said.

Nami stopped humming and thought for a moment, ignoring what he called her "hmmm... well he probably has someone close to him or someone he values, men always have an attraction to one woman or another.... when I'm in the palace I could screw things up between them and ruin whatever relationship they had.. He also make foreign trading deals with other countries. and while everything gets settled he lets them stay at the Palace. I could also screw that up along with their records of the treasure in their treasury room so you could raid the room later." she said with a soft smirk as she stretched her arms upwards slightly.
Atem nodded "not so much when i was younger but yes I get to leave more now. hmmm we do have a game section in our Marketplace, they have games from different parts of the world." he smiled softly.

An evil grin spread on his face. "I knew there was something I liked about you... I'll be wondering around the palace while youre there... I'll station some of my men in the village in case we need them... yes this could work very well." He stood up and pet her on the head as if she was a cat or something. "Now we just have to figure out how to get the Pharaohs attention... I could pretend to kidnap you from the village near the palace. Once he hears its me he should come running to your rescue."
"Games? I love games! Can we go?" She asked, wanting him to come with her. She knew he probably had many tasks to take care of but she wanted to be around him as much as she could.

Nami suppressed a purr by biting her lower lip "thank you and that sounds like fun." her body remained relaxed under his touch. It just took her a bit to get use to her new lifestyle but she still had that feisty attitude. "....first I have to earn you trust though, which I can understand." she said quietly.
Atem laughed softly "sure! I'll just take the day off." he smiled warmly. he then picked up his dishes and set them in the sink. he came back and picked hers up as well and did the same. "want to go now?" he asked.

Bakura gave a small nod. "Of course, do you think I would risk letting you spoil my plans? Though I cant see why you would. The Pharaoh is the cause of all the misery in your life." He said with a smirk, trying to keep repeating that so she would truely hate the Pharaoh. No one could hate Atem more then he did but to do this she needed to despise him. "Oh and one more thing... They Pharaoh's life is mine, I will have the pleasure of driving my sword through his heart." He said just to make it clear. If someone else killed the Pharaoh he wouldnt feel satisfyed.
"Wow you can do that?" She asked after he said he would take the day off. She stood up and said a thank you for him cleaning up. She nodded eagerly when he asked if wanted to go now. "Yeah."

the words he repeated kept flowing through her mind and she was starting to believe it "I could break his nose but that's as far as I'd get. I'm not that skilled in fighting anyways... and I really don't have a reason to turn on you. I wouldn't help him if my life depended on it." she said darkly.
Atem smiled and took her by the hand gently and lead her out to the horses "yes I'm allowed a bit of freedom with someone." he said with a grin on his face.

"And just think, once he is gone we will rule Egypt, me as the new king of course. You will be safe in my hands my pet..." He said, placing each hand on her shoulders and grinned at the thought of his future thrown. She said she didnt have a reaosn to turn on him but he didnt know too much about her to judge if she was a traitor yet. Most women would be easily swayed by the Pharaoh so he couldnt take any risks.
Akila blushed as he grabbed her hand and led her out to the stables. She let go of his hand and grabbed her horse, hopping on. "So which way? Lets race!" She said excitedly.

"... don't you mean that you will Rule Egypt?" Nami asked calmly. she didn't flinch or move away when he put his hands on her shoulders. she smiled at the thought of someone actually protecting her. however, her smile soon faded... he'd just get rid of her after she is no longer of interest to him. she would be abandoned and alone once more. she closed her eyes as the images of her empty home appeared in her mind and the way the other children treated her... she was alone then and was more than destined to be alone once more.
Atem smiled as he got on his own horse. "straight out of the gates and then east." he trotted his horse up to hers

"Well of course, but you will be rewarded for your help... you can live in the palace, be one of my many wives if you'd like." He said with a lecherous grin, brushing her hair behind her ear.
"Alright, ready? Go!" She said and kicked the hourse, making it take off. She went in the direction he said and looked back to see him catching up quickly. "C'mon Pharaoh! Is that all youve got?" She teased.

Nami flinched a bit, more at the phrase one of my many wives. she resisted the urge to call him a lecherous Pervert. "anything is better than being alone....." she whispered as she turned her head softly.
Atem caught up to her quickly with a smirk as they raced. they were neck and neck "you got a head start." he said with a small smile.

Bakura chuckled. "In fact, if you do everything right and the Pharaoh dies in misery I'll even make you my queen..." He said, trying to bribe her further so she would try harder not to make any mistakes. He lean over and licked up her neck slowly, still with a twisted grin on his face.
Akila giggled. "so? Either way I'm gunna beat you!" She said happily and kicked the horse. They arrived soona nd Atem beat her, not by much. It was expected, he had to have the best horse in egypt.

Nami shivered at the strange feeling and gasped as her eyes went wide. that definitely made her want to try harder and succeed in helping him torture the Pharaoh. "say the word and i'll make his life a living hell..." she whispered in a submissive tone, which was surprising, but she was so desperate to prove herself to him that she'd do anything... even give in to him, to a limit of course.
Atem smiled "good race. now.... here is the gaming area. choose any game you like and we'll play it." he said happily with a bright smile.
