As he was going to go to Mac Anu to look for Neva Lee, he was stopped from entering the Chaos Gate. A Large group of Seven Player Killers Emerged with Weapons Drawn. He immediately withdrew his Twin Daggers and got into a very defensive stance.
"So, this is where you hide," one of the female player killers spoke with a sarcastic tone.
"Lets just kill him and get this over with," A large Beastmen said holding onto a large Broad Sword.
He could take on a few of them, but seven all together would be difficult to impossible. He did the only thing he could think of and retreated back into the Cathedral. Closing the doors behind him, he braced himself against them and decided with much hesitation to send an e-mail to the only one that might back him up. Neva Lee.
|| My name ...Is Azrael.. I need your help.|| *Member Address Added*
He left it brief as large thudding was coming from the other side and screams of the crowd of players was coming through with allot of hostility. He wasnt scared of death, but he was more scared of losing. He was to competitive to lose and the odds were clearly not in his favor.

Jumping at the sudden mail, Neva Lee checks it, then immediately and without thought went straight from her sulky mood into something akin to a berserker mode. She jumps to her feet fast enough to frighten several near by players and begins a mad dash to the Chaos Gate bouncing around and dodging everyone. There's no question why she's rusing so fast, she just is, there's no thought that she's going to the rescue of someone who didn't seem to care a moment ago; she's just flying on auto pilot.
Neva Lee reaches the Chaos Gate at last and has no question in her mind that he's still at Hulle Granz Cathedral. Without thinking as she enters the words she also cries out in the game, "Δ Hidden Forbidden Holy Ground!"
The swirl of light shines over her and in the next moment she's breaking off at a mad dash down the bridge, without thought and still in the partial beserker mode. The Player Killers in front of her don't register as players at all, but as enemys barring her path that need to be taken down. Gone is the calm, kind, blank face; it's still emotionless but only now in a cold rage filled way. She's not questioning why she's so angry, she's not thinking at all, she only leaps up and readies herself for attack on the other players.

They push open the door and he is sent skidding across the ground. The large metal talons upon his feet ignite sparks upon each foot length of ground he covers. He eventually stops halfway down the isle and sheaths his twin daggers. Instead he removes his Scythe Dakini, and has it slightly pulled back behind him. Three of the Player Killers Advance His position, a lone Harvest Cleric hangs back, and Three Others Charge towards Neva Lee.
He leaps into the air and litterally his entire body twists and turns itself in a complete 360 degree rotation. He preforms Heavenly Wheel, as a wave of dark energies can be seen trailing behind his Scyth's blade. The Wave of Darkness even though slightly above them, hits all three in the chest forcing them to be sent flying backwards and into the pews. A sound of breaking and splintering wood can be heard as they make impact againsts the objects.
The moment he lands he sheaths his Scythe Dakini, and unsheaths his Twin Dagger Set, Wrath Bringers. He watches as the three slowly get up, but he doesnt hesitate to attack, he quickly moves to the one found on his right side, struggling to get up, and brings down his Twin Daggers directly upon the players chest. In just two moves, the player was wiped out. However, the Harvest Cleric had casted Pha Repth on the other two, completely healing them.
He readied himself for a second wave of assualts. He did catch a small glimpse of Neva Lee in the background engaged with the other three, a faint smile crossed his face.

Focused completely on her three enemies which registered in her mind only vaugely as a Flick Reaper, a Tribal Grappler, and the Beastman Neva Lee rushed forward towards the Tribal Grappler, brushing aside the other two mostly because she didn't feel like switching her own weapon out for something more long range. Relentlessly she hit with a standard Rapid Attack, focusing each blow with what seemed to be an almost deadly intensity on the defensivly weak Tribal Grappler, barely leaving room for a counter attack and acting as though uneffected when they managed to hit back.
As if to remove her from their fellow Player Killer the Flick Reaper swung at her, succesfully sweeping Neva Lee to the side while the Harvest Cleric used Pha Repth yet again. Somewhere in her mind consumed only with the thought of taking down her enemies she registered that the Harvest Cleric would be a serious threat to her success, and she turns her attention from the three to them. If Neva Lee had been perhaps a violent person by nature or prone to being more emotional, she would have chosen this moment to grin evilly, but instead she only smirked which somehow seemed infinately more diabolical in the end.
As the three Player Killers, thinking that she had either given up or had been incapacitated from the scythes hit, moved to attack her she rushed forward with all of her speed gained from her own Tribal Grappler option and prepared herself for an attack on the Harvest Cleric, and before the others could move defend them hit the player with a Shell Shock.

The last two player killers readied themselves, this time the steamgunner engaged in combat first, letting off a volley of gunfire. He couldnt advoid the attack as he was hit hard in the chest and set flying backwards into the alter. A small crack appeared where he had impacted against the front surface of the stone alter, but not much else. He saw the other Player Killer whom was an Edge Punisher charge at him, the female edge punisher raised her large broadsword above her body and brought it down straight at him. He shifted his wieght to the right quickly, as the broad sword just missed him and slammed into the Alter. The Alter took no further damage, as he quickly rose to his feet (Using the agility of an adept rogue to do so) he quickly brought one of his Twin Daggers into the Females now exposed Gut. The Female Edge Punisher let out a shallowed cough, as his eyes filled with an intensity of enjoyment.
He quickly grabbed the bent over Edge Punisher and twisted her body around and litterally threw her infront of him, as the Steam Gunner shot off another volley of ammo. The shot hit his partner, forcing the Edge Punisher to fall down, and lose all the coloration from her character. She now was knocked out. He didnt hesitate and immediatly charged the Steam Gunner before he could get off another Shot, bringing down his left Dagger towards the Steam Gunner's head, the Steam Gunner deflected the attack with the bladed side of his gun and leapt backwards.
The two of them readied for a third round. He was hurt, but still had plenty of Hit Points left. He also relized that these players must be varied levels, it took only a few hits to take down two of them, however this steam gunner.. was quick.

As the Harvest Cleric doesn't go down completely on the first hit, Neva Lee begins once again with Rapid Attack, pounding the player rather relentlessly into the ground until, with a small streak of bloodthirsty pleasure she hadn't realsed she possesed, they are finally PK'd. It's with some level of shock that she now realizes there is someone behind her about to swing a broadsword down upon her, as fortold by their shadow. With an intresting little combonation between rolling and flipping, Neva Lee dodges the attack and lands in a very odd position where she's balanced oddly on one leg and one hand almost as though she had been doing a cart wheel a moment before and then suddenly was stopped.
Deciding she's never had much opprotunity at attacking someone from such an odd angle Neva Lee chooses this moment in time to execute a Tiger Bite on the Beastman who is still caught in quite the odd position himself. Once she has him down she resorts right back again to her Rapid Attack, trying to get in as many hits as she can before that deadly looking broadsword comee back at her, or the Flick Reaper take another swing. His hand twitches, foreshadowing the attack to come, so Neva Lee chooses this moment to make an attempt on finishing him off with a Palm Blast, paying no attention to the amount of either SP or HP she has left.
Once again that odd bit of pleasure sweeps through her at the sight of the enemy discoloring in a knockout, and then she leaps forward in an almost animal like way, landing on all fours before swinging around to see the two who are left, and managing to avoid a hit by the Tribal Grappler in doing so. With the same blank she's known widely for she stands up again and cracks her knuckles, switching her attention to the Tribal Grappler now displayed on the ground in front of her, not yet recovered from suddenly missing Neva Lee, she gives that almost diabolical smirk and rushes in for the attack.

The steam gunner advances and thrusts his bladed side of his gun towards Azrael's Chest. Azrael steps backwards and to the right as he brings his right dagger up and slashes the attack away. Quickly after doing so, he steps forward and thrusts his left dagger straight for the Steam Gunner's Chest. The Steam Gunner, side steps the attack and then pulls his trigger at near point blank in the direction of Azrael.
Azrael, unable to advoid the attack again takes the hit and thrown backwards, this time into one of the Cathedral walls. A spider like web of cracks appear where he impacts, and he is forced to use a Heal Potion as he stands up. He reacts quickly as he charges towards the Steam Gunner, who once again shoots off a Volley of Shots in Azrael's Direction. This time, Azrael shifts his feet to the left as the shots go astray and slam into the ground around him, cause small explosions of vertical dust and debris to erupt within the room. Once he nears the Steam Gunner, He preforms a TriStrike Rengeki on the Player. His right dagger slashes into the Gunner's Chest in a cross slash vertically down upon him, while his left dagger slashes in the opposite direction. To finish the Rengeki he spins around and thrusts both his daggers into the Steam Gunner's Chest, and forces the Steam Gunner to fall backwards onto his back. The coloration of the user fades and turns to gray.
Standing there, he now can see Nave Lee holding her ground and doing extremly well... He motions to move towards her..to assist.

Rapid Attacking yet again Neva Lee is making several attempts to pound the Tribal Grappler into nothing, but she has to keep giving up her attack to leap away from the Flick Reaper and avoid taking more damage, in her half beserker mode she seems almost not to notice being attacked but naturally shies away from it as if knowing that too many hits will only lead to her own destruction and not to the success of her goal. Out of the corner of her eye as she narrowly avoids a swing from the scythe she finally spots Azrael, and that seems to trigger the off switch on her rage.
Leaping backwards to dodge the Flick Reaper yet again, Neva Lee turns to call over to him. "I don't think I can handle this Reaper, I'm too fond of my gauntlets to switch out!" She almost laughs, the expression of cold fury softening back down to a calm smile that seems to belie the situation shes in. The Reaper swings again, this time as the Grappler comes in from the opposite direction as if to block off her escape route, and with the side of the bridge at her back it would appear that this would be working. As if just to tick them off Neva Lee takes the show-off route, instead of merely ducking as had been her first impulse.
One quick leap as and a bounce of the Tribal Grappler's head she's poised on the blade of the scythe, avoiding the attack and succesfully angering said holder of the scythe. "As you can see these two have suddenly gained some brains," She says in a voice that seems to be fat with mocking at the two Player Killers. As the Reaper swings the scythe to knock her off and the Grappler makes a mad dash to attack, Neva Lee allows herself to be flung and rolls away, curled into a protective half ball until she sits up. "So would you mind?"

He doesnt response, typical of himself, he just instead switches out his Twin Daggers for his own Scythe lifting off from the ground he notices that the Flicker that is attacking Neva Lee has its back towards him, completly unaware of Azrael's Approach. Azrael takes this chance to bring his Scythe to his own rear, holding tight to the shaft of the weapon, and as he fell towards the enemy flick reaper, he brought his scythe up and over his head, right down upon the other Reaper. The Reaper unable to soften the blow was immediately KOed and fell forward, the color from his avatar fading into tones of various grays.
He lands Gracefully infront of the fallen PKer and keeps and eye on Neva Lee just making sure she's ok. He also uses another Potion quickly to heal the rest of his Hit Points.

With a small bit of relief Neva Lee sends a slightly more cheerful than normal smile Azrael's way, toying with the idea of jokingly calling him "My Hero." before deciding against it and rushing in to finish up the Tribal Grappler, who while smart enough to organize an attack with the other Player Killer seems not smart enough to have brought any potions despite their low defense points; seems like the Harvest Cleric had been extreamly important to these guys in the end. With one last Rapid Attack the Grappler is at last defeated, the coloration fading away into gray.
With relief she makes a short little show of brushing invisable dirt off of herself before turning around, smiling calmly as if nothing at all had just happened. "You alright?" She asks, instead of the, "What did you do to get ambushed by all these guys?" that she wanted to. She decided that if he wanted to tell her then he would do so himself, besides, she was more relived they were both alright than she was curious; though it was still a bit of a mystery to her why she'd rushed off so fast to his rescue.

He sheaths his weapon behind his back as a fury of light can be seen, and that eventually fades from sight. He then looks at her, and nods a yes in her direction. He looks at the Gray Colored bodies around them and then chuckles inwardly to himself. His eyes then fall on her once again.
"Listen, Dont expect a thanks or anything, but..," He looked away as he finished his sentence, "I had fun and well, " he looks at her and the last of his words come out quickly, ".. I owe you one."

The calm smile dissolves for a moment as she laughs slightly and begins shaking her head and both hands, as if denying she has done a thing. "No, you owe me nothing!" She laughs, then the happiness fades back into the calm almost expressionless face, except for the slight smile. "Actually I owe you, that's the most fun I've had in at least three months." She sighs, looking down at the bodies and frowning slightly. What a temper she seems to have when she finds some reason to fight... Mentally she reminds herself to keep her composure better, then looks up.
"You're a little strange..." She muses aloud, eyes focused as if studying him, the expression narrowed into one of thoughtfullness. She steps around the grayed out bodies and makes as though studying him from different angles, something that seems very out of character with the normal emotionless calm she normally displays. "And you seem a little... rough around the edges one might say...." Neva Lee continues in the same strange, low voice, and then she frowns even more as if thinking deeper, moving to look from another angle. "But I've decided..." She straightens herself back up now and tucks both hands behind her back, smiling pleasently again the same almost blank way as if she's far off. "That I rather like you. Don't go trying to change my mind, either. You'll find I can be quite stubborn."

"Wonderful I got..," He stops himself before he makes a rude comment which is typical of him. He, still didnt know what to think of Neva Lee, and still was debating who she was. He looked back to the Cathedral that was automatically repairing itself. He smiled at this; even though it was one of the more unrealistic features about the lost grounds, he was glad this place could do just that. His smile faded as he almost drifted off into thought as he shook his head, barely escaping his mind. He gazed back to Neva Lee. "Do you know why I come here...," he asked her as his eyes stayed fixated upon her own.

While on the inside she's quite confused with the change in his demeanor Neva Lee doesn't allow this to show, instead she calmly meets his eyes and stares straight back. 'The mystery deepens...' She thinks to herself with curiousty and confusion, wondering for a moment just why is it he comes here, considering the possiabilities and coming up with nothing really for the way he seems. 'Though it's obvious this place holds some kind of emotional connection with him...' She muses to herself, the thoughtfullness flickering across her eyes.
Finally giving up but not yet ready to back down from his gaze, she allows herself to frown and shrug slightly. "No, I don't suppose I do know why you come here..." She sighs almostly sadly, her eyebrows pulling in slightly. "I guess the real question here is: are you going to tell me why you come here?" She asks, titling her head slightly and raising an eyebrow an inch, her expression still rather calm but also questioning; still Neva Lee has yet to break eye contact.

He smirked at her question, she was impressing him and for him to become impressed was a difficult task to undergo. He didnt response, instead he proceeded back into the Cathedral and moved slowly towards the alter. All around him, the broken pew's, the cracks in the walls, and the damage done to the alter can be seen mending their own wounds by unknown means. His steps are slow, and his back still hunched over, causing his movement to be ackward and distorted.
The scrapping of his talons along his feet, against the reflective surface of marble beneath him echoed within the large room. The hyme of voices also rang clear and strong, as if singing for some higher purpose. When he does reach the alter, he rests his hands flat upon its surface and just looks to the stain glass window, admiring the glow that came from it and falling into his own thoughts.
