I've been banned. For inactivity. But it didn't make sense cause the whole guild was inactive but from what I found out only a few got banned.

What's wrong is that there is any discussion.
You can ban/dismiss anyone you damn well please for the sole reason that you are the captain. :/
Crew get demoted or banned if the captain gets pissed at them banning members, same with a VC.
But a captain has the say in what goes on in the guild, unless they lose the guild because the guild, or something in it, is breaking the ToS of Gaia.
Not that hard guys.
If you are the captain, and you want them gone, ban their asses.

Not yet, but if they get on my nerves again I will ban them and report them!!!!! mrgreen But hopefully they went away to another Guild!!!!!!!! ninja

I recently had to ban a lot of people for inactivity on Rebirth.
Of course, the guild has unofficially closed now.

MemoryDragon Here seems as good a place as any to post it... Really, if the guild hates you that much, I'd say it wasn't worth it. Either just ban everyone from the guild and start again or make a new one. I personally can't tel who is in the right in this situation, but there's no point in hanging out with people that hate your guts. 20k really isn't a lot of gold anymore. It's easy to get if you work at it. I'm sorry if it feels like they're taking over all your hard work. However, if they're going to insist you're in the wrong they more than likely won't be persuaded otherwise. It's sometimes best just to get out of such situations.

It would have been kinda hard to start over again, and the Guild was not originally mine untill the now Vice Transferred ownership to me, so banning people, i`d still feel like it`s his Guild, even though with my idea! sweatdrop Though he kinda stole my idea and stuff after demoting me! sweatdrop But thankfully the fights had stopped a bit for now!!! sweatdrop
