Her expression immediately brightened upon the sight of Annora. "Hey!" Laughing merrily, she easily caught the other girl in her arms. Hugging her tightly, she picked Annora up slightly and swung her around for a moment before putting her back down. "I've missed ya' too." A wide, nearly ear-to-ear grin had slithered upon her lips by now, her laughing easily covering up the quiet clanking off pills. "How've you been?"

Hugging her close Annora kissed her cheek. Being set down she pulled her friend inside and shut the door. "I've been better... But now I am better since you and Nate just got home! EEKK I'm so happy!" She squealed and jumped into Colleen's arms again. "what about you? How have you been?"

Colleen couldn't grin any bigger, but she would if she could. As the other spoke, her eyebrows furrowed in concern for a few moments as her smile faltered. Though the squealing brought her eyebrows upward once more, and her lips as well. Hugging her again and chuckling softly, she shrugged. "I've been good. But being back with everyone's surely gonna be even better."

After Annora's phone had rung, Mason had drifted off to sleep. She woke up, a little groggy, and checked out the clock. "Damn, I should have just stayed in bed..." She walke out of the den to see three bright and shining faces, two of which she hadn't seen since high school ended. She gasped and ran to hug whoever was closest, which happened to be Nathan. "AHH! What are you doing here!" She exclaimed as she attacked him with kisses and hugs. Then she ran to Colleen, with the same motions.
"Did you two just come in together?" She grinned widely and giggled. "The house seems more full now."

Nathan was very excited to see Mason, until she tackled him over the coutch and head first into the hard wood floor. "Damn, Masey! Give me a warning next time, will ya?" Nathan said as he got up. "Colley-Flower!" Nathan said as he walked over and gave Collen a tight hug. "How've you been? I missed you guys." As Mason and Collen talked, he lent down to Annora's ear for a quick second and whispered, "We'll talk about your bathroom antic's later, okay?" He stood back straight, hoping no one caught wind of their secrets.

"Oops!" She turned back to Nate and hugged him. "Sorry! Ha ha, I was overly excited." She blushd and sat on the couch, beaming now that two of her closest friends were back. "The fire is going, if you're cold." She said the Nathan and Colleen who looked as though they probably needed a nice fire to sit by.

(((Yeah, your the real dad. I think. Anyway, I'm home, and so is Collen. Thats about it.)))
Nathan shrugged his shoulders. "I'm a little tired. Can you show me my room? Or can I pick one? I think I should be able to pick one since my mom's the one that bought this place." Nathan said, giving a smug face. But, it shattered and he laughed hard with everyone else. He loved his friends. They were amazing. The best people in the world.

Colleen laughed heartily once again, returning the hugs. "Hey y'all. It's great to see ya' again." She could already see that things were going to be a lot better now. Shrugging, much like she had done earlier, she responded with a somewhat shaky voice due to the excitement of seeing her friends again. "I've been good. Better now though. How 'bout y'all?" Colleen shifted her gaze to the fire, then glanced downward at her jacket and shrugged, deciding to just go a sit on the couch.

John woke up startled from his latest nightmare of his dad vigorously beating a little boy. It was like he was mr. scrouge watching his life. He watched the little boy hopelessly trying to stop his father. The little boy dashed from the corner but his dad grabbed his arm and through him against the wall. He then began to beat the child harder with his leather belt. When the dad finaly stopped the boy was covered in bruises, and blood from hitting the wall. Then the boy started to cry, the dad turned and used the metal side now smacking the boy in the face, this is when he awoke.
John sat up crying, he got up and slowly dragged himself to the bathroom. He closed the door and took out his pocket knife. He looked in the mirror and started carving into his arm. The crimson blood dripped off his arm all over the counter and the sink. John bandaged his arm and steped out of the bathroom. He walked back to his room slowly, still sobbing. He closed his door and curled up in his bed. I know that horrible man can't touch me anymore...but i still think about him. I wish these dreams would just stop, He thought to himself.

Annora looked up as she was about to reply to Colleen. John... "Guys... I'll be right back." Annora took off upstairs and walked into John's room without knocking. "John?... Are you okay?" She sat next to him and lightly stroked his forehead. Seeing the tears she spoke softly like a mother trying to calm an upset child. "You had a nightmare about your father, didn't you?" She said softly stroking his cheek.

Yes, i'm sorry." he said lifting his sleeves revealing his bandaged arms. He sat up next to her and hugged her. He pulled away. "whats with all the noise downstairs?" He got up and turned on the lights.
