LordNeuf Well according to sources, the reason emo kids get harassed and beat down in Mexico (now Chile and Russia) is because they are regarded as "un-manily" femme and their culture promotes homosexuality. Or some such nonsense. Aye, but that sounds more like a symptom to me. Anything fringe or taboo gets pushed away and forcibly underpriviledged. And then they shoulder the blame for being underpriviledged... which doesn't make sense, but that's how it goes. Btw, I was thinking your avatar was more businessman-ish. I don't know the mod scene too well.

Anyway. Strange place to post my truimphent return to gaia but I have a great sympathy with emos and clicked on this one first.

Edit: You like the mods? Nice one. What do you think of the band Madness? Have you heard of them? Maybe the Specials, Ghostown was their hit.

Behatzlacha-S What do you think of the band Madness? I'm more a punk but the ska scene was not stranger to me. Also, one of my favorite songs is "Our House" by Madness. Never heard of the other ones. BTW have you ever seen the old Brit-Com... "The Young Ones?" All the characters basically describe what I'm like. Especially Rick and Vyvian. Madness played on their show once, gotta love a comedy show that takes a break to highlight a band in every show.
